@Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib

@SkyHelpTeam Getting frustrated at trying to upgrade my mobile with you. Your website has lots to offer but won’t let you checkout, I have raised this via email, eventually had a response back saying they would help, now nothing. Plenty of other providers out there and online
