@SkyUK waited in 5 hours for BT Openreach engineer visit only to receive a text at 5:11 to say the “appointment has been missed” whatever that means. Unacceptable service for almost £160 per month. Virgin here we come!

@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

Super service from the team @skytv / @SkyHelpTeam. Called them 18:00 Wednesday as I had a small issue with my #skyglass TV, this morning at 08:00 two guys turned up, dropped off a new TV and took away the old one! Easy replacement, great service, great product.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam restarting the tv doesn’t fix a physical issue because this is the 3rd time since I’ve had it. Not to mention the blocky pixelation when watching movies with dark backgrounds. And changing the settings doesn’t fix it either. It’s a cheap panel in an expensive tv.
