@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkyUK I had a great offer at £54.99 a month which has ended and due to increase to £92 a month. Best I got it down to was £70 monthly. £70 is better than £92 I guess. Might cancel during my cooling period. Not happy

I urge everyone to avoid @SkyUK broadband as you will suffer from a bad case of #CrapBroadband. We haveendless communication with Sky they simply don’t care. They have an attitude of you’re under contract, you are locked in, stop bothering us and it’s all @WeAreOpenreach fault.
