@NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, I’m 47 I like to talk to people 😡

We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkyHelpTeam Our broadband is having issues. I have been on my sky to check the line. Apparently there is an issue but we have to pay for an engineer to visit. We never received any notice of of the contact ending. Now we can't watch sky as we have glass.

@SkyUK After 13 years I get to say bye bye in July , prices always creep up and you never tell customers anything , I once found out my package didn't even exist anymore and new version which was same stuff under different fancy name was £25 a month cheaper .

@SkyHelpTeam Look, not being rude but I’ve been with you years and travelled the globe - I know how to make the phone work abroad. Your service is simply non-existent. It was poor last week in France, data slower than in 1998, and it’s non-existent now!!
