    @SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

    @SkyHelpTeam ... I am an existing customer with tv and broadband.. however I am in need of a wi-fi booster for my conservatory... no signal in there and this is the school work room... can you help. I have checked download speed and its brilliant just not in the conservatory

    @SkyHelpTeam had sky Q installed today but no mini box as requested was delivered I called you at 9 am to review the call and still heard nothing back been a customer for over 25 yrs really poor customer service sadly

    @SkyUK I had a great offer at £54.99 a month which has ended and due to increase to £92 a month. Best I got it down to was £70 monthly. £70 is better than £92 I guess. Might cancel during my cooling period. Not happy

    @SkySports it's obvious you can finish bottom of the prem and get 100 million all the money is with them and they are killing the other clubs in the uk change the way the money is re distributed but it will never happen

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK No. I have been doing, to an advisor but then got a reply back saying office is closed. I will just see how it is after 30 days and cancel everything and move over to Virgin because I've had enough now.

    @NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, I’m 47 I like to talk to people 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam been trying to speak to someone about the awful broadband service I have. I was on hold for 30 mins started speaking to someone and then I was cut off. Customer experience has been pretty poor since I moved to sky and the issues with broadband is affecting my work.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have lost all tv service since Sunday, I have had over an hours calls with your overseas call centre with no success and have just been cut off. Prior to being cut off I was told I would have no service until 27 Oct. How can I speak to someone that can help?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have requested to cancel my sky. I did this on the 29th September after getting sent a link on here from a sky advisor. However sky are claiming to have not received this (typical) and are seemingly trying to reconnect me when I have now have a contract in place with virgin!!
