We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Which it does. And I sign in and the I get a your package and offers screen. No where does it say add Disney or anything. It says I need to add skyq. Which I already have. I click change TV package and shows me what I have nothing about adding anything more. All a bit weird.

@SkyHelpTeam The website should be updated to reflect that as it's still saying it will take a few hrs? Will we be compensated for the lack of service? Like many, we're trying to work from home and having to use mobile data (also with Sky) however it's limited capability and a finite amount.
