    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has gone down in the NG9 area. It’s saying no known issues but can’t connect and tummy sky Q is saying the same. Can you help please. Already done the trouble shooting and line tests. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. I can login to the router and see the summary status but once I try to go to any other tab it asks for login and then admin and sky don’t work. I may have changed something myself but really have no idea. I have gone through my username/password combinations but no joy.
