    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam The only difference is I went away for a week prior to the issues starting. Came back and they've been trouble since. Nothing new has been added, no settings changed etc. Only difference is the service. I also don't understand why the MySky app is giving me false speed readings

    @SkyUK I have sent you a private message as my mobile data doesn’t work, yet I have 2.9gb that should be working, i’ve had this problem since yesterday. shocking service, sort it out. i have a concert tomorrow and would appreciate it to work considering i pay for it.

    @jansens @Plettigoal @SkySports He actually is. Doesnt drive expensive cars, doesnt care about new phones. Builds schools in africa and donates a lot of his money. He actually is down to earth for a pro soccer player.

    @SkyUK Worst. Provider. Ever. Given 3 dates to have our internet set up and the final date would have left us without internet for a month. I now have no data left. I am a teacher and can’t do any work because I can’t access any internet. Awful service!
