    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

    We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam had sky Q installed today but no mini box as requested was delivered I called you at 9 am to review the call and still heard nothing back been a customer for over 25 yrs really poor customer service sadly

    @cityreport_ @SkySports Sterling was brilliant until October 2019 when apparently he fell out with Pep. After that his level of consistency dropped significantly. He had plenty of opportunities to put things right but except for a period around Xmas last year he never took it. No reason to complain.

    @mightyreds88 @LFCTransferRoom @SkySports Madness yeah ,constantly doing the same things expecting different results..massive work needed on the midfield come next summer,a lot more than a Bellingham would fix..side has peaked and they’ve not done enough to move it on

    @SkyUK You need to fix your upgrade page, try to review for faster broadband and it gets stuck on a refresh loop. Same thing happens in the VIP app too.
