@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkyHelpTeam Got Broadband Mon. It cut out same day. Booked engineer for Weds. Didn't turn up. 'Order tracking' online says visit is 'in progress Wed 27 January'. Clicked reschedule. 'We can't reschedule online: call us'. So spent 29 mins on hold. Agent picked up then hung up.
