    @SkyUK I had a great offer at £54.99 a month which has ended and due to increase to £92 a month. Best I got it down to was £70 monthly. £70 is better than £92 I guess. Might cancel during my cooling period. Not happy

    @SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

    @RaiderOnMixer @SkyUK It's not a speed issue it's whether the provider actually allows for UDP packets that allow FTL to work. For instance Vodafone don't allow it so FTL doesn't work.
