    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has gone down in the NG9 area. It’s saying no known issues but can’t connect and tummy sky Q is saying the same. Can you help please. Already done the trouble shooting and line tests. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv had HD removed from my account because it “was” included in my package & now it’s not. I wouldn’t say that’s an “offer” Iv been a customer for years & now it seems you do everything to prevent customers from leaving. Then when they stay they are presented with bigger bills.
