So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@thisisanfield Media also seems to not question pep on not using more than one sub. He had options but choose not to use them and Mahrez down our right would have been a challenge. @BBCMOTD questioned peps tactics and @skysports obsessed about the disallowed goal - not the mistake beforehand

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing that can be sped up? I want the order cancelled! I have proof I never received it. Why should I be left out of pocket due sky and DPD not fulfilling their contacts. Nothing to do with me. I am due to be billed for This next week. Sky you are committing theft.

@ElyzabethSB @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK The whole Sky service has gone downhill since Comcast bought it. But don’t bother looking at contract because you don’t sign up for x or y show and I guarantee it will say something along lines of “content is subject to change or be withdrawn at any time”.

The new @SkyUK stream box for £26 a month, add sky sports for £25 a month, add bt sports for £30 per month, add UHD for £6 per month = £87 per month. Its still a rip off .. TV will NEVER be affordable for most people when you have to add extra sports.. maybe put in everything
