So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Made the biggest mistake ever going to sky mobile. Halfway the time it not working. Now it cuts of if I try calling out. If someone try’s calling me it cuts of as well. Internet is the only thing working 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Might help if the signal actually worked. 3G is useless, 4g and 5g not much better. Possibly the worst provider I’ve used.
