So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam internet down in Bridge of Don and website claiming no known issues. Working from home and first available engineer is next Thursday - not good enough. Still waiting for credit from when it went down end of July and engineer came out.
