@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkySports The team he put out was more then good enough to beat wolves Chelsea’s team was worth 100’s of millions Start of the season we had to play Brentford and Chelsea with Covid cases did he have an issue with it then no ofc he didn’t !

@SkyHelpTeam having connection issues with sky ultra fast broadband in Tongham (GU10) Surrey area. Along with a number of people in the village. It’s been on and off for over 24 hours. Have done tests on my router but seems like a bigger issue with BT open reach lines.
