    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam HI there every time I run a check on my broadband it says there is something wrong. I unplug and replug everything and the online system keeps on sending me back to the first page and says there is a problem. This is an on-going issue.

    @SkyUK charging you for Christmas films and programmes like gavin and Stacey Xmas special is disgusting! Especially on the current situation! I’ve had them recorded and not they have disappeared from my recordings! Awful
