@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

Would be so handy right now to go #SkySports split screen between the City Palace match and the NFL Playoffs. Can never understand why SS Main Event and SS Premier League channel's red button are both showing recap. Seems you're missing a trick @SkyHelpTeam. Oh well, #NFL it is.
