    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said the customer service is rubbish and no matter who I speak to the outcome is always the same. My broadband is poor. Genuinely wish I stayed with Virgin purely for the Internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been through these steps, and it doesn't resolve the issue. I have a list of channels from the 'Check the signal strength' page that didn't work, but more broadly in terms of what I'm due to pay for, sports work, movies and entertainment (sky one, etc) don't.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam my internet is still dropping out constantly and has been doing so for months. Last time I called they said it was a wifi issue which was nonesense as my wired connections also dropped. I’ve logged into the router and can see error reports of the VDSL2 line
