So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyUK I've been a customer on my current account for 18 years and about 25 years in total. I'm out of contract now going from £54 to £74.50! Called yesterday and was offered £3 a month discount to £71.50. It's a rip off!

@SkyHelpTeam on second sky glass TV and still experiencing stuttering with live TV, 350mb internet and connected via Ethernet cable, really disappointing. No problems with streaming via Prime, Netflix or Disney so issue must be with sky - are you ever going to fix this
