So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@MFC_TOMMO Not in the slightest, just attempting to see if anyone from other clubs or the media can explain it. Given how much of an issue @SkySports jave made of it, I'm just wondering how and why they didn't pick it up in the Reading and West Ham games that they were showing live.

@SkyHelpTeam most of the time there isn't a connection to be able to test but we did squeeze one in - the numbers were well down and we did the recommendations but no better. Don't mind upgrading but at the moment the connection is so intermittent it wouldn't be worth it...
