So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

Best complaint email for @SkyHelpTeam please? Their treatment towards my elderly grandparents is disgraceful. Not to mention the amounts they’ve charged them recently! Feel sorry for the elderly that don’t have family to check these things 😢

What an absolutely crap system the sky Q mini boxes are. 9 times out of 10 you just get a blue screen. Surely @SkyUK can find a better solution. They charge enough for this shoddy shower of ****! #skyqcrap

@SkyHelpTeam I've just switched mobile from @virginmedia to sky 5 day's ago and I've just tonight started using my mobile data, and your sky go has used nearly all of it! I thought sky go does not use your data? Sort this out or I'll cancel the contract! What a con!!

When your hotspot from your mobile works more effectively than your supposed Fibre broadband and its (literal) 30+ dropouts per day despite the multiple promises of an ongoing fault being fixed, I'd say that's a pretty rotten service @SkyHelpTeam
