So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam you would need to announce that there is a nationwide issue with broadband, investigate and fix it. People are working from home due to the pandemic and need to be able to use broadband to do so.
