    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    @SkyHelpTeam How convenient. The fact is that you are selling identical packages at prices that differ by £80 per month. That is shameful. 20+ years of custom and treated like a piece of trash. Twitter or call centre, the support is non existent.

    @SkySports Mainly because the standard of women's football is pish. I watched the "2 best international teams" play at the last WC to give it a chance. 3 foul throws. In one match. If the club I support had 3 in a season I'd be disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have received a text or two but the biggest issue is with Open Reach - I am unable to contact anyone at Open Reach to find out if a Wayleave for the works needed has been completed. So frustrating. They have AWFUL internet speeds and I’ve reached the end of my rope with this
