    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our box every couple of minutes glitches/pauses, on both live TV, recording and also when watching Netflix 😓 it’s not a huge issue, just very irritating as something has clearly gone wrong!

    The agony of trying to call @SkyUK to understand the badly worded upgrade email offers. The agony of a call centre agent who can’t speak off script & can’t help with my whole package so that’s another phone call for me. The agony of “what do you mean you don’t want multiroom” 😩

    Awful service from @SkyUK I cancelled the service and still got billed! - then was kept on the phone for an hour costing me more money and still didn't get anywhere. Never again. @SkyHelpTeam #skysucks #dontusesky #badcustomerservice
