So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SaraLBlues @SkyUK We have EXACTLY the same issue! They wouldn’t even replace our remote because at the time of calling, it was “working”. Replaced batteries countless times, constantly resetting it and now the whole thing is down. Very very poor

@SkyHelpTeam is sky stream down in the po30 area? Both pucks go to sky cinema, unable to go to any other options or view other pages/channels also one of our remotes have died and I'm dreading having to call you to do all the things I've seen on your help page and forums

@KatJeffs Yeah me too. I was concerned about internet outages etc but the biggest issues has been down to Sky themselves. Was the same with Sky Q and I guarantee that these issues will exist throughout its life cycle. Typical of @skytv @SkyHelpTeam
