So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank Nathan but this is not a "technical issue" you can fix, it's a system level issue. It's the ridiculous hoops Sky Q makes you jump through to reconnect equipment that has always been connected. Push this button, go and press this button on another device, restart this etc

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but I am without tv for nearly 3 weeks I am classed as an vulnerable adult with an disability it’s not ok I hope you are not charging me for these next 3 weeks when I won’t have tv channels to watch with no satellite signal 😢
