So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

Interesting or entertaining maybe but surely not essential? Shame to be good at sport you need to be good at media interview
