    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    Absolute abhorrent customer service from @skytv and @SkyHelpTeam A company which refuses to reward any loyalty and act with no humanity on an individual basis. Huge opportunity for other service providers to take the lead here with minimum effort - care about your customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope they said it wasn’t anything to do with them & we should take the issue up with Sky. Showed us other films that we could buy tickets for but that wasn’t an option for us. Our daughter struggles a lot so it was a big thing for us & for her to want to go to the cinema😞

    @SkyHelpTeam I was already on the call with someone who was putting me through to someone else but never got through to the other person. I sorted the issue without the help in the end.

    @feehan_paddy @talkSPORT They do, the anyone but Utd has been going since 98 when Beckham got sent off for England... since then skysports has become the scouser network and BT the city network... talkshite are so into the anti utd bias they have no former Utd player on their shows...

    @SkyUK I've got this. Had it just over a week and it's working a treat. Decent HD & sound quality on all channels, and at £60 my package is £41 cheaper than what Virgin Media were going to charge me next month. And Sky's Customer support (so far) has been much better than theirs.

    @SkyHelpTeam I heard on the radio that if you get Sports you can cancel anytime if you have SkyQ, is this now the case for Sky Cinema? Please don't tell me to phone for an answer
