    @claudelittner @SkyUK Yes mine has increased as well. Contract due for renewal in June but will probably not renew . Been a customer , like you for years

    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    @SkyHelpTeam Apps via my Tv randomly go to a black screen, Disney +, YouTube etc - basically unable to watch anything via them - any help?

    @SkyHelpTeam The broadband has been down for 4-5 days now, devices can connect to the router but the router cannot connect to the internet, i would like to speak to an actual person to get this corrected along with getting the correct things we ask for.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been through all the trouble shooting steps before making contact and nothing has worked, id really like to speak over the phone. We suspect it is an issue with the router as it is 8 years old now.

    So it turns out that @SkyHelpTeam are not there to help existing customers, just to tell you to call their number which is what you didn't want to waste your life hence the reason you contacted them on Twitter in the first place! @BTCare are you like this with your customers?

    @SkySports Uefa banned the three clubs like 5 times hoping they will back down but it seems they can't survive without those three clubs

    @SkyHelpTeam This morning it said there was an outage, the internet was restored but it’s gone again. It’s affecting 2 other neighbours too

    @SkyHelpTeam Told me all systems were fine and that everything was okay. There clearly is an issue as we have to reset the wifi 7 tikes a day and even when it finally reconnects it doesn’t work at all.
