So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam sky+ HD box has died. Non responsive. Done everything your site recommends. Not got the cover as the cost was excessive. Now have lost hundreds of recordings and need to know where I go from here. Been with you for 24 years would appreciate something back in help.

@8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam Was polite to both agents and always am. I resent being kept on hold endlessly during my call to be passed to next agent for the same. Could've told me to get local sim in first few minutes but I waste money on 40 minute landline call. Shoddy service. You're still a ****.

@SkyHelpTeam Yet again we are putting up with another outage..all my CCTV .. Alexa lights ..Internet and landline out ..I'm paying over £100 per month for this utter shambles of a service...are you going to compensate customers .. or are you expecting us to put up with it ?
