    @claudelittner @SkyUK Yes mine has increased as well. Contract due for renewal in June but will probably not renew . Been a customer , like you for years

    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @Julia07500 @SkyHelpTeam If your in tier 4 - it is like cutting off your oxygen :) Seems to be a DNS issue - slow domain lookup but TV is fine - Kent Area
