@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam This does not work. I have already tried this. When I try to deselect a package, I am told I will need to speak to you. I then call the number and only really get an option to cancel the entire contract. If you can’t help I might need to cancel the entire thing.

@SkySports It never sent a message it was just a fad imported from America where it only had an impact because it was done during the national anthem it's been so powerful incidents appear to have increased

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. Openreach engineer told me about the sky broadband promise. As I’m unable to get a signal in the back rooms of my small terrace home perhaps a router upgrade may help? My current router is the ER115.

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer mentioned Sky Broadband boost but that’s an extra £5 a month & I’ve no adjacent free plug sockets. My neighbour has BT & has no problems with coverage. Must I pay extra to get whats a reasonable response?

@SkyHelpTeam Well today it just stopped working. Sometimes the apps won’t work, sometimes it just freezes and other times it won’t do owt. The only cure is to unplug it. This continued annoyance is making it a luxury I’ll cancel
