So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

@SkyHelpTeam As far as im concerned you have proof of postage 🤷 the issue now lays with @YodelOnline If I'm fined I will take it further and appeal the £50 fine as I have returned the equipment, I shouldn't have to be chasing things up that's not my job it isn't my responsibility

@SkySports No way that should ever be a penalty. Ball hit ribcage then onto armpit and away. If his arm was down it would have hit his upper bicep/shoulder which is no pen. Terrible decision all round.
