    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    Well, installation of @SkyUK Ultrafast has been a shambles this morning. @WeAreOpenreach rocked up to install the line and can't get a cable down the pipe. No idea when another engineer might turn up to resolve. Time wasted making space for them. Very frustrated!

    @SkyHelpTeam But it doesn't say why its gone up. You've broken the contract. This isn't an inflation increase, it's a price increase whilst we're in contract.

    @Cranky84 @SkyHelpTeam Make a formal complaint. The same thing happened to us when mid contract with Virgin. We got it refunded. Good luck.
