So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

@SkyHelpTeam That number takes you through to any team that answers. It’s a general customer service number. I am told I can’t speak to the mobile team they will call me back…they don’t ! This is the number I have phones 13 times… each with the same outcome

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, Claire. I didn't miss the notification, I haven't ever received one. I assume it was added due to recent issues with my broadband, but I've checked back in emails and I was never notified of this. If someone communicated it over the phone then I didn't hear it.
