So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. We’ve rebooted the broadband twice & I’ve done the tests. It works for a while and then just drops off intermittently. It’s not off for long, but when you work from home & rely on Teams & access to network drives, it can happen at really inconvenient times.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie. If I can explain My mother has recently contacted you,she is deaf so it’s difficult. She has been a sky customer for a while and normally my sister sorts her issues. Very sadly my sister became unwell and passed but was cared full time by my mother

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I tweeted last night about my Dads brand new sky Q box repeatedly freezing. Thought the problem was gone, but no it’s just happened again!!! Seriously getting annoyed now. A brand new box??I have better things to do then trying to unfreeze the box constantly
