    @SkyHelpTeam Apps via my Tv randomly go to a black screen, Disney +, YouTube etc - basically unable to watch anything via them - any help?

    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    @mark1984toon @SuperLeague @SkySports Skys coverage of RL is a shambles. Sky+ or Super League + coverage not working or constantly glitchy a regular occurrence. RL fans will watch any game even if it doesn’t feature their club cos they love the game but they’re being let down by Sky.
