@SkyHelpTeam Assigning someone in 2-5 working days does not sound like prioritising to me. People are wfh, but we have to be deep diving into Google to find out the issue, rather than Sky being transparent about connection issues happening in the area. It’s just not good enough, I’m afraid

@SkyHelpTeam is this some kind of torture you are operating? Called Sky Move team as need to arrange use move and cannot do this on web hold on line for 20 mins with scratchy rubbish music repeating itself finally get through and as operator say can i help you line goes DEAD WTF?

@SkyHelpTeam One iPhone used to run the tests. The issue was resolved by turning off the wifi on the Q box. Haven’t tried any other wireless troubleshooting. Just surprised that the Q box should cause such a significant drop in speed via wireless tests.

@SkyHelpTeam Anyone in billing/or customer service we had a payment plan all set up we're told we would not be cut off if we kept payments up but immediately that's obviously all been conveniently forgotten and we're already being restricted and sent unwelcome letters
