So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkySports Kaveh and Dharmesh are generally very poor on sky sports transfer news. they are constantly arguing and quite frankly it's borderline childish. I will not be watching again, two people who seem more focus on being more correct than the other rather than giving insight.

@SkyHelpTeam Nah im just unhappy with lack of updates. I dont usually use my twitter much, maybe once a year. So until i tried to call and the auto message told me to look on twitter i knew nothing just that its a known issue. Not everyone uses twitter. Itll likely be a year before i do again

@SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why my sky q box has randomly started to record @TVsPointless ???! I never asked it too and I even deleted the series link it started and then today - it’s recording again! What the hell?
