So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s is my mothers account but I am authorized on it as she is disabled. Have just spoken to your phone team and they seem to think there is a problem in the area. Not exactly helpful as I need internet on my laptop. This is very poor form!!

@LukasWhittemore @bbctms My mate in Perth said we get the Fox feed over in the UK and that's bad. Is it Channel 7 that's better? We miss @SkySports so much!!!
