    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Apps via my Tv randomly go to a black screen, Disney +, YouTube etc - basically unable to watch anything via them - any help?

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband out since about 2pm Ryhill, West Yorkshire. Aware there is a local outage. Do we know when this will be fixed. Have had to loose hours of work due to this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there currently a widespread issue with subtitles not being available at the moment? We can't get subtitles on any channel or recordings anymore - tried turning off/on, restarting Sky Q box etc.
