@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

Why is it when I try to download This England on Sky catch-up I can watch 24 mins of it and then it says Failed, Remote network problem. And also if I try from phone app it does same. My Sky Q mini box is hard wired. @SkyHelpTeam

So for my £120 a month I can either watch red button streamed crap picture football. Or uhd Dolby surround sound with a bloody woman commentating. At least use some of my £120 to give my a option to turn her off @SkySports
