So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, broadband is out in M1 area. The portal just gives a generic message "We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner." - when might we expect this to be completed?

@skyhelpteam no internet access in se27 since Saturday evening due to an "outage in my area". Several people on my street (including me) have reported it and told a technician is looking in to it. Still no service going into the 4th day. when will the problem be sorted please?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I added Sky Kids to my TV package on 26th Dec free for two months. If I cancel on or around 26th Jan will I avoid being charged but retain Sky Kids for the full two months?

@SkyUK your customer service is now so bad its becoming a joke . 1h 37 minutes just to talk to someone that understands English and the issues so bad feel like we cancel sky TV and 4 sky mobile phone contracts
