So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkySports Feel sorry for him really. He's worked hard all year and is deserving to be there, but the FIA handed him the title by breaking their own rules. Now all anyone will ever think was he didn't deserve it, Lewis was cheated. Awful end to the season. Both drivers deserve better!

@SkyHelpTeam Home move fails again. TV set up - openreach here now but yet not router for the internet. Sent out the day before I moved, with next day delivery. No show. This should have never been sent out 24 hours before I moved house. Utter joke
