So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyUK yet another problem with service in postcode RM18, 3years at least 6 outages. Moved here from an area serviced by faster Virgin Media; 10yr no issues. I’d be better off with a carrier pigeon than this! ££ per month for this?! Ridiculous, feel like I’ve gone back a decade!

@SkyHelpTeam @netflix Mine was signing up to your crap service! Upgraded my Broadband, which constantly crashes and is out of action for 3-4 hours at a time! Sky do nothing, incompetent staff who could care less and a crap product!

@SkyHelpTeam Anyone still having issues with broadband and sky glass as we are still having issues with glitching, freezing and total internet drop out and shut down? Have sky fibre and unable to upgrade higher in our local area as unavailable. It seems standard fibre can't cope

@SkyUK 5 weeks and counting since I was promised a manager call back about #SkyGo app not working and 7 calls to you later, radio silence. You really have to try pretty hard to be this indifferent to your customers. #CustomerServiceFail
