    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    Sky contract ending, as ever seems I'd be better off cancelling and returning as a new customer. Stream half the price of Sky Q, but an awful service from what I've heard. Chap I spoke to on the phone agrees. If you don't have faith in your product, why should I? @SkyHelpTeam
