@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam 14 days no internet. Sky seem unable to get any info from Openreach. All other residents near by with BT get a mini hub to reconnect them during the outage. Sky provide nothing. Makes me consider leaving due to inability to look after their clients. Any help?
