    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    Not sure why Tsitsipas losing on grass, at his age, after no grass last year, against Tiafoe, is a surprise. The BBC double down on their ineptitude. Second rate in everything they attempt. The day SkySports or Eurosport take it from them can’t come soon enough. Amateurs.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK absolutely appalling customer service. No satellite signal and no engineer until 12th July! Do you know there’s a Euros on? And all your customer service wants to do is sell me a new box. How will a new box solve a problem affecting everyone on our street?
