So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@robtarren @SkyHelpTeam To be honest, I though I was still in contract for the majority of stuff so this renew thing suprised me. Seems in Feb my In Contract discounts decrease so I pay more. Not too happy about that. If was a new customer it'd be much cheaper

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spent over 4 hours on calls to you, been promised a call back twice! It is clear to me the team I am speaking to are unwilling or unable to help me. How can I escalate beyond them? I do not appreciate being fobbed off and lied to.
