Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

Adam Lund (@Adam_lund2805) reported@SkyHelpTeam Told me all systems were fine and that everything was okay. There clearly is an issue as we have to reset the wifi 7 tikes a day and even when it finally reconnects it doesn’t work at all.
