So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@DJ_Daymos @SkyUK Massively deceptive. SkyGlass was my one of the worst purchasing decision. I either have to be locked with their subscription which they said wasn't necessary to enjoy all the free channels or I ended up with watching YouTube on a 55' box. #SkyGlass

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no signal for nearly two weeks in my home town (fine when I leave) it says there is a mast down but the ‘it’ll be fixed by’ date keeps changing, I have barely any signal at all, iMessages take ages to send, I have 3 sims and can barely even send texts.

@SkyHelpTeam Ok, no worries, just seems odd that tv and internet and now mobile internet signal (sky) are all failing at the same time , be interesting to see if you get other reports from this area

@SkyHelpTeam happy to discuss this with someone who wants to have a sensible discussion with me. You also have never raised a credit as per your terms for 6 days total loss of broadband, but instead gave me some data for my mobile, far below what I used during the outage.
