So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@BlondeBlondexx_ @SkyHelpTeam it's not like it's within your control. apologise to your customers, explain as best as you can and try to consider their needs by finding them alternative support if you have to. it might go over really well. not that you should have to take these steps. maybe it will help?

@SkyHelpTeam @alexandrite31 I had no broadband for internet, but my landline worked as did my amazon prime. Seems that your issue only affected my internet. My neighbour who is not with you but another provider had the same problem.

@AbuAmaanah @SkyHelpTeam Buy a good quality router to replace the sky unit/connect to the modem. Wi-fi issues are usually the poor units supplied by Virgin and Sky. BT hardware is a little more reliable

@SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed with the service provided tonight. I work 6 and half out of 7 days a week and only had 1 hour and 15 minutes to have a late Christmas day zoom call with my 13 children (who are all crying now, thanks) and my WiFi cut out for the entire time.

I’m tied to an 18 month contract now but I think when it ends I will shop around, I know virgin is no good around here,always down. Will have a look at Now though, thank you
