@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyUK Relying on streaming for all your tv content is a terrible idea. Having freeview as back up means you need an aerial on your roof, which negates the main benefit if sky glass!

@SkyHelpTeam I have called 2 or 3 times a day and they can’t tell us anything than sit back and wait for someone to turn up .. it’s a joke .. I was advised last Monday to raise a complaint on the link I was given on here and no one has bothered to call me back .. shocking customer service …

@SkyHelpTeam we still have no internet.. 9 days in .called sky no end of times,no one seems to want to take ownership of it and only read from notes from openreach we get told someone will call back next day but never do .can we not get someone higher to help us get this sorted

@WyattDu69157112 @ami_dda @SkyUK Maybe worth looking into? that's what happend to me despite not being able to use either still billed me, I wasn’t to pleased I felt sorry for the agent I spoke too regards this but made my point and bills reimbursed and within a few days of the call issue was sorted. Good luck
