@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

@SkyUK loyal customer but b’band constantly faulty, 2 eng’r visits logged last Monday, no progress and no ETA with b’band tests showing low speed. Can’t get through on phones 1 hour queue. Snookered for work zooms. Can someone urgently help please?
