@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam my sky only lets me watch select channels, says it’s not got a satellite signal.. but somehow works on other channels.. we’ve reset the box and done software updates is there anyway someone can look into this please as it’s been 2-3 days now #help

@redlambchop @LozzaFox I had to turn the Manchester derby off earlier, the constant flashing up of BLM so irritating. Just want to watch the match. F1 just as bad. @SkySports isn't enjoyable viewing anymore, feel like I'm being brainwashed. Time to cancel
