So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t it all and every time I book an engineer by the time they are due to come it’s fixed itself it’s clearly faulty equipment or service. What’s the point someone coming out when it’s working? So frustrating.
