    @claudelittner @SkyUK Yes mine has increased as well. Contract due for renewal in June but will probably not renew . Been a customer , like you for years

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam After 10 years being with sky, we have moved to virgin. Fed up with the price increase, absolutely shite customer service. Little bit of rain.... boom its gone. Why didn't we do this years ago

    @MoneySavingExp was told by @SkyHelpTeam that if prices are increased by more than 10% then it was OK to leave penalty free. Only just managed to bring down Cody of parents now 2 months later they increase it by around 17%!! Looking now to move them elsewhere!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Customers have to pay extra to get HD/UHD and the box can’t even support what they are having to pay for. Dreadful.
