So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@claudelittner @SkyUK Yes mine has increased as well. Contract due for renewal in June but will probably not renew . Been a customer , like you for years

@SkyHelpTeam Wondering if you can help? The power cable for our Sky router has broken in the last 10 minutes. Tested the router with another cable and it's 100% conked out on us. Am I able to get another power cable sent to me that's correct to use with the device?

@SkyHelpTeam Had SkyQ for a few months now and I have to say it’s crap! A lot of the channel guide is blank and I have to reboot the main box and then the mini’s each time. Absolute rubbish!
