So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam my father was due to have Sky multiroom fitted on Sunday 11 December. We had to cancel,it as he is in hospital for the foreseeable future. His future bill still shows a charge for multi room, can you let me know when this will be removed.

@virginmedia I have contacted and was told I will get a text after the phone call with another engineer visit, not got anything yet??? Also who is going to pay for the damage and a plasterer to come round and fix? Honestly wish I stuck with @SkyUK at this rate

Is there a problem at @NOW / @SkyHelpTeam? Tried to sign up first for #NowBroadband, then #SkyBroadband and in both cases I get errors. First says "please call" after inputting mobile; second "technical error" after first form. Not interested in phoning really.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely disgusted with your service tonight, we had an engineer round, who replaced the router but not long after he left the internet went down. I called a member of your team immediately that it went down and whilst I was on the call to him, it went down AGAIN
