    @SkyHelpTeam I know Sky is a separate channel to Channel 4🙄I used to work for Sky in broadcasting for 14 years. I’ve asked you why GBBO Ep2 never came onto Sky catch up/on demand. Only ep1 is there. All eps exists on 4OD can you find out if it will make it across please?

    @SkyUK Just called @skytv about #skyglass and the agent said she has been told not to discuss prices and the conversation ended with her telling me to cancel my subscription! Thats quality customer services!! 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh on screen tips to fix a broadband connection that is down? Lol no thanks. Sounds pointless and your response sums up how inadequate this new service is. You’re basically just selling people a worse service with a TV attached on finance. What a joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam you know what would be really helpful is when I contact you, i'm actually contacting someone I can speak to not a useless automation. No broadband and no real help. Just told to wait and see if help comes in the next 2 days.

    @SkyUK This is a bad idea. So now if your broadband goes down, so does your TV. Why would I want to do this?! One of the best things about Sky is that it works via a dish! This is unnecessary and just makes it more likely to fail.
