@jsquires1990 @SkyHelpTeam ‘One cord’ went out the window as soon as the channel list was put online. Not all Freeview channels available… so an aerial would be needed. Awful product.

@SkyHelpTeam can you PLEASE help. You disconnected my internet 5 days ago (due to error your end). I am a key worker for the NHS wfh and I cannot currently work! Been told it will be 2 MORE WEEKS until this is fixed. I live in the countryside and only have 1 bar of 3G!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s been down most of the day. Had a call from my wife to say it had gone down. She works for the NHS from home and is not happy. I’m home now and Sky hub has not connected to internet which means Sky Q and Sky mini box is not working…

@SkyHelpTeam I have been losing sky channels all day in the BL3 area but your sky app says there are no outages but when you Google sky tv problems in our area it says issues have been going on since 10.30 - can you advise what’s going on please !!!! Been on the 3 hours no reply
