@SkySports Hopefully for @WBA he’s improved and learned from mistakes. Personally for me, he’d run out of ideas at Huddersfield. Same at Shalke, good start then a down turn.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

Maybe that will have jolted Skysports into doing the right thing. Every time that person turns on Skysports she would be reminded of that incident.
