    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyUK - why isn't your broadband network built with failover and resiliency? Internet down for 5 hours and counting today. There is really no excuse for this in 2022 unless an entire exchange has been demolished! ( and even then your DR plan should have kicked in!!)

    @SkyHelpTeam @BurnsGerard Can I cancel without having to listen to some condescending person trying to keep my custom by trying to sell me more? Or, if you’re willing to let me have Sky for 40% less to keep my custom THEN CHARGE ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! Just shows how much you’re ripping folk off!

    Our @SkyUK broadband went down this morning, tried resetting, went through all correct steps still didn’t work so I left it for a few hours, just tried again now and still nothing? Can’t seem to get hold of anyone? @SkyHelpTeam OX16 area.

    @SkyHelpTeam tried that already says £45 - still extremely overpriced for just the basic package when website says new customers get £26 - just fed up ive been trying over a month to try and cancel and just cant get through to the team on phone or live chat at all!

    @SkyUK I'm a new Sky BB user (3 wks) after 2 yrs with Virgin. Just a bad experience so far. Lost broadband connectivity many times since joining and has bounced several times today during work-related MS Teams calls. Seriously regret switching services. Can you fix please?
