@SkyHelpTeam We are using a sky Q box and all of the TVs connected are saying there is a technical fault but we have tried turning the box off and checking all the plugs and can’t seem to find the issue

@SkyUK we have no Internet connection at home , it appears the whole area is without Internet. I have checked online and the system is saying there are no issues and yet we have no Internet. Can you please advise, this is an urgent issue.
