    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

    @SkySports Hopefully for @WBA he’s improved and learned from mistakes. Personally for me, he’d run out of ideas at Huddersfield. Same at Shalke, good start then a down turn.

    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkySports Win at all costs I destroying the game. Until managers condem this stuff it will never stop. Especially when @SkySports report it this way. JUST SAY WHAT IT IS FFS. CHEATING.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I activated my Sky Rewards Sainsbury’s coupon, but it wouldn’t scan at checkout. The cashier said there was a Sainsbury’s-wide issue and none of the coupons were working today. My 60-minute activation has now expired. Can you reinstate the reward? Thanks!

    @SkyUK what absolutely shameful customer service, 6 phone calls and over 2 hours spent trying to get my master socket relocated, everytime it’s agreed and in place, only to receive a text saying it’s not possible and please call back, utterly shocking!
