    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK A little fed up Sky. As soon as you close tech support the whole SA postcode area goes down. Now if you were clever monkeys you’d put someone back on here to let us know what’s happening... Help please! I have work to do and Netflix to watch!

    So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam one of my Sky Glass Pucks won’t stay switched on despite turning off eco mode. Take forever to turn back on, sometimes doesn’t at all. When it does, says no wifi connection despite no issues with my router or any other devices. Have to switch off at wall and back on

    @SkyHelpTeam I've now been without working broadband for 2 weeks. Promised 4 call backs and never received them. No updates or urgency. Talking to multiple different people in your call team looking at system notes, promising to call me back and nothing. No acceptable.

    @SkyHelpTeam I finally got through to a very helpful person who has now sorted the issue. All in all it’s taken 2hrs and 55mins of phone calls to get this resolved and all I wanted to do was to downgrade my package - makes me wonder if Sky are purposefully making it difficult to downgrade.

    I find it bizarre that @SkySports don't seem to give a **** about the relegation battle this year. Nearly every game they show features a top 6 side...

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been unable to log into my sky app for ages and no one has been able to fix it - get the error account locked - however when I moved house my billing was changed to include Disney plus but to activate I have to log in and not able to do this - pls help

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but from been internet outage to nothing working and my neighbours who are with bt have someone coming tomorrow. Might be due a change in may. Not happy. And we work from home.
