So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkySports Win at all costs I destroying the game. Until managers condem this stuff it will never stop. Especially when @SkySports report it this way. JUST SAY WHAT IT IS FFS. CHEATING.

@SkyHelpTeam Not your fault obviously but for the amount of money we pay for Sky you'd think it would be more reliable, especially considering the very expensive Sky router is less than 6 months old. Will we be adequately compensated for the loss of service and how we've had to rely on data?

For clarity and transparency on this: @SkyUK say that the service issue must be sorted by my .mother because contracutally she owns the defunct box. However, she was advised by one of their engineers that it was obsolete and therefore can elled her contract in March. This wasn't

@SkyHelpTeam yet again broadband is down 6 times in last 4 weeks another engineer booked but not for 5 days Kids not happy no Netflix Disney+ or Xbox no FaceTime calls to relatives etc not acceptable bet you still want my money though!

@SkyHelpTeam hi! We had to reset our box by pulling the main power cable out and replugging it back in. Lost almost all our recordings except last 24h and oddly some from 8months back. Any reason why this happened? It's never done this before when having to pull the mains.
