So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK A little fed up Sky. As soon as you close tech support the whole SA postcode area goes down. Now if you were clever monkeys you’d put someone back on here to let us know what’s happening... Help please! I have work to do and Netflix to watch!

@SkySports Hopefully for @WBA he’s improved and learned from mistakes. Personally for me, he’d run out of ideas at Huddersfield. Same at Shalke, good start then a down turn.

@SkyHelpTeam Current service - no broadband. A complaint has been raised with your complaints department. I have been in touch everyday since broadband ceased on 19 Oct - still no resolution. Please raise this with someone who can actually assist, and escalate with @OpenreachHelp @Ofcom

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I've received emails about free trials for HD amd cinema, is there a number I can ring to discuss this? I just want to know I am not locked in so after the free time is up I can cancel or is it a contract with a number of free months? TIA

@SkyHelpTeam Been back with Sky less than 24 hours… No activation text, internet is down after working for less than 8 hours and my account page has not been updated so can’t do a line test! Terrible experience with Sky so far… Please advise.
