@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely p*seed off with the lack of help over current Internet outage. Apparently its an open reach issue so have to wait until 01 Jun for a bloody engineer. In mean time left with no house phone or Internet. This is why I've cancelled. TV will be next.

So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@ashleythezulu @SkySports I think providing a negative test is suitable in the interim. Doesn’t discriminate against anybody, and provides a level of safety needed whilst cases are high. Accessible to everybody, and solves the problem of people who are double jabbed but can still pass covid on

@SkyHelpTeam hey, I literally never get my guaranteed Internet speed. Its always below 15mbps. I called up and received a refund a few months ago for the same reason but there has been literally no improvement. I pay extra for guaranteed Internet in every room too. I also WFH. 😔
