So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam It won't give me a number... When I login, and click renew, it just says what I have and gives me prices for everything I don't have, but not for any new deals for the Broadband and TV
