So @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam1 @SkyHelpTeam expect full payment, for having no service for 2 wks, and on the online help line lol... didn't help at all. Cancellation will be happening. And we are a VIP customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Daniel, apparently the issue is still ongoing and the box isn’t connecting to the internet. The wifi is working they’re just not talking to each other. Sadly I’m not at the property now but hopefully a relative will be calling there shortly, what’s the next step?

@SkySports has also played a major part in the var scandal. They show that many replays, from so many different angles, real time and slow motion, it really isn’t helping. They flog it to the enth degree, and if they want to help, they should cut it right down.
