    @SkyUK could really take a leaf out of @amazon from Customer Service perspective. Just been told I can leave Sky for 12 months then sign up again to upgrade rather than help a customer of 20 years. It's incredible. Even offered me a free mobile and SIM! I don't want a free phone!

    @SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

    @Eanr @SkySports Nah - Horner went mentally weeks ago. Moaning about everything which doesnโ€™t help his driver. Compare him to Toto, who has so much more class and composure about him. If he was more assured and composed under the pressure, I think Max would already be World Champion.

    @SkySports Come on mate. Is it a handball? Yes. Is that the sole reason we lost? No. We were horrendous. We got back to 2-2 because United arenโ€™t much better either. Two poor sides, both with nothing to really take from the season in terms of winning anything.

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv my Sky+ box appears to have lost several channels ie. "Not receiving a signal" message. I have just restarted box - it made no difference. Channels affected, for example. are ITV1 and GBNews. Any suggestions?
