    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't belive people are taking to twitter to complain just be patient they have already said sorry for the inconvenience. @SkyUK are trying there best to fix this issue there's not much they can do apart from fix the issue and say sorry.

    @SkyUK this level of service is a joke!! I give you lot over £200 a month for phones, broadband and TV ! I’ve had no broadband for over 36 hours now. The so called 4G on your network is beyond rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, are you having issues with the Crewe area, or have I just picked the worst day to have broadband problems. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and each time I attempt a test, I just get the somethings gone wrong message. Could you advise please.
