@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

@slickeighties @SkyUK Best way to cancel @SkyUK is upgrade your package then you have 7 days cooling off period so you can cancel free of charge..... not saying I know this works but it did

@MartinSLewis moved house 2 weeks ago. Got fibre broadband and TV with @SkyUK. Installation date was supposed to be 21/02/23 now been pushed back to 28/03/23 due to fibre works. My partner has run out of data and I'm not far off the same. They won't do nothing to help.
