    @RifatJawaid @SkySports @ICC So after ยฃ18 a month you still have to shell out more to watch this ? Sky is having tuition from Ms Sitaraman it seems. Utsav is not free ? Never seen it though, not interested.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

    @SkySports As the premier league is shut down for 7 weeks due to the dreadful world cup Do I get 7 weeks free sports subscription?I'm not interested in women kicking a ball etc. In fact I'll be watching movies,nothing on sky sports

    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although Iโ€™ve had no response from you)โ€ฆ the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky.There's three golden rules in sales:1. Never promise want you can't deliver. 2 product knowledge .3. Listen to the customer,who pays your salary. Now,in #BERKHAMSTED the broardband has been down,almost 12 hours! you said ages ago fixed in 2. Be truthful please
