@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

I actually can’t cope with the stress of having to drive to work at my parents house to use their broadband for work and homeschooling. (In a support bubble with them as I live alone) they don’t live that close to me.
