    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason. I’m in Northamptonshire. It says there is a problem in my local area but it’s same message from last night and gives no indicator of how long fix could be or cause. It would be helpful to understand what has happened and even an estimate of likely return to service.
