    @SkyHelpTeam My exemption is that you provided awful service as a broadband provider for 3 of the 6 years and I will not be paying that termination fee, so who do I need to speak to directly to get this matter sorted out

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky was installed then internet was installed by Open Reach to the wrong cabinet hence, no service. We have been without internet for 10 days with no sign of it been connected. My husband, Paul Bishop, has been talking to Sky, but no action as yet. His no is 07971445048.

    @Drax_22 @SkySports Why when we have Bruno playing the number 10 and being so effective. Our issues have been martial in the number 9, Cavani proved that in only a few games. And our right side, maybe Greenwood is the long term solution there or he can be the number 10 eventually.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’re in touch with the team at the Livingston call centre, but after 10 days we are STILL without an internet service. After 21 years with VM, we cancelled them to change to Sky, & now we have this situation.
