@SkyHelpTeam Hi I'm still having issues with the boxsets on sotnature it plays but constantly has the press the red button to upgrade your package and watch at the top of the screen, I've tried turning my box off, if I go on sky go it's not an issue so I'm a bit confused 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam I have seen in sky community pages this has been ongoing for months and nobody has got any help. I have just reset box settings and it’s reloaded apps and it now works. Surprised nobody has worked out this simple fix.
