This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice
