    @SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    Can someone explain why the down button on the Sky q remote goes up a channel but yet the channel up button goes up. Put 102 on then press ok to bring up the show info and then press up and you'll notice it goes to 101 instead of 103. It's kinda baffling @SkyHelpTeam
