@SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

@SkyHelpTeam my elderly, clinically vulnerable and shielding mother has been without phone and Internet for days. Its impossible to talk to an actual person at Sky, the best we get is an automated message saying there's a problem in her area. It isn't good enough. TW13 4PU
