Just a quick Tuesday morning PSA to let you know that @SkyUK have been charging me £2.50 a month for NOT having sky TV (can’t afford that kind of luxury) for the past I don’t know long. Never heard of such a stupid charge... good one sky 👌

@SkyUK house move.... TV engineer 8-5 call out, arrived at 4.30pm with no contact all day to confirm the time, helpful! Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

@SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

@acailler @SkyHelpTeam My understanding is the benefit to them isn’t financial. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm having trouble with Disney+ app. It keeps going black, I have to go to sky home page before I can get back. I've reset apps on my settings + changed my settings on the Disney app. It's only on the main sky Q box, the app is fine on my 2nd sky box. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam The issues are not mine. They’re yours. The network is down it seems - no mention of #Wandsworth in your comms but I assume you’ve grouped it with Clapham and Balham again. There is no connectivity and no amount of checking by me will change this until it’s fixed
