    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam I quite knew I couldn't expect any kind of support from your end. The homemove team had given me this frame 20 days ago as well. Didn't think it would take 40-45 days just to get wifi up and running in my house

    @KatLueth @SkyHelpTeam Also from Twickenham here - and no Sky broadband for 24 hours now. Website says there’s an outage but also says ‘no problem with your service at your address’. Any chance of some clarity ?

    @SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any chance of Sky making some kind of comment about what’s going on? It’s now day three and there will be lots of people like me who need broadband to WFH. Seems to be a real problem all over Twickenham.

    @SkyUK how can you not have a service level agreement in place with @OpenreachHelp to guarantee when a customers broadband will be reinstated post telegraph post replacement??? 10days with no service and no understanding of when I’ll be back online

    @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband has to be the worst Internet service ever. Speed is a joke, connections a joke, constantly cutting out is a joke. Absolute shambles.
