@SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

@SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

@SkyHelpTeam I feel misled and conned as our fixed term for a year was £75.00for being a new customer. Our deal ends in Jan 24. It has now gone up to £98.00 a month with not even an email to explain the rise. Very disappointed and angry 😡 BE VERY AWARE NEW CUSTOMERS
