@VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

Can’t believe how @SkyHelpTeam have treated me in the last few weeks.i have been a longtime good customer and this week I explained that I payed my monthly fee they say it got lost in the system I sent prove and after paying 140 quid they’d cut me off #discusing going elsewhere

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

@SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

@SkyUK I have Sky TV as I want a reliable satellite TV service. Seems to me as if your internet goes down, with Sky Glass, so does your TV. And I don’t want my TV hardwired into a specific provider either.

Watched @markgoldbridge on @SkySports. The Firmino Ronaldo comparison is stupid. Any manager in the world would love to have Ronaldo. Firmino is a good player, certainly important in Liverpool playing style. But to have a penalty box striker like Ronaldo will complete Liverpool.
