Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

@SkyHelpTeam No you haven’t. You’ve told me I can cancel my contract AFTER my contract expires. Ok ok I get it, you’re not going to give an answer as to why you don’t offer a cancellation option, yet say you do, to customers. So answer this please, does my second sentence here make any sense?

@SkyHelpTeam Done that as well and they unfortunately cannot help because you have outsourced to @OpenreachHelp and therefore can’t ‘do anything about it’. If you outsource your engineers, you need to take accountability for them! Excuses are not acceptable and I want my BT back.
