@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

Sky customer support is literally broken down. Every call to them takes on an average 30-60 min. You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

So now looks like we're not gonna be getting @virginmedia in cos there's no cable to the building. Wish I'd have known 3 weeks ago. They'd better not charge us for this now!! Also means a phone call to @SkyUK to cancel the cancellation. And hope we can still get a decent price.

Another day of waiting for @SkyHelpTeam complaints department to respond. @CISASUK seem to have an issue with their phone lines as no one ever seems to bloody answer. Due to the time frame now been against us I fear that our only resolution may be to ask a judge to intervene 😭

Oh my days… called Sky to help reduce my package as bills going from £75 to £95 next month, they’ve managed to get me down to £88 which is great but I’ve been charged a £20 admin fee for the privilege 😞 @SkyHelpTeam is this correct? 😭
