So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

@SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

@SkyHelpTeam He told me he wasn’t able to give me a date at all as not Openreach. Sky take my money every month so why can’t Sky help me? He said I will be notified the day before my visit but still nothing. He also mentioned I would be charged a premium if visit was over weekend. Not happy
