    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I am aware how to do that and I would not have taken a contract if I didn’t have signal! It says 4g but I get 3G at best and cannot hold a call. It’s been the last month since you had all the outages
