    @SkyUK I can't be doing with sky anymore.. had satellite issues for past month.. and just ended up with a rude person at end of phn who refused to think it was box or dish.. and paid for a movie and dvd over a month ago and still no dvd yet I got charged for it.. going elsewhere I think

    @SkyHelpTeam my optic fibre internet has gone down again, how is it living in London paying top whack for my internet and I have so many outages. Sky haven’t sorted this out and I’m totally fed up. Pay for extra tv in bedroom can’t even watch bbc as no internet! #annoyed #rubbish

    @SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

    Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

    @MisterGurd @SkyHelpTeam We’ve been speaking to a someone and all our tests showed it was fine, which it wasn’t… anyway he said it’s showing as an outage now and ours has just come back on 🤔 so hopefully they’ve fixed whatever was wrong and everyone’s will be back soon … 👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam I literally just quoted that statement. My concern is as to why I've seen some people getting an estimated resolution date/time. Yet we haven't. Can you clear this up and give an actual estimate, as expectations aren't currently being managed very well at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam problems in leamington spa. Getting “oops that didn’t work” on test connection page multiple times and seeing multiple reports of similar issues in leamington, can we get any idea on what is going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam This doesn't help me as it says there's no issues, but neighbours are having the same problem as me. There are also constant reports in surrey so i think your checker needs updating.
