    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    @SkySports No we don’t, cause there is never some consistency in these type of things. If Luiz got a red yesterday when he didn’t try to play the ball, tvn why did he get a red when he tried to play the ball against Chelsea last season? The FA and the refs are so pathetic. Give us answers.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello I have moved home on the 22nd Jan and was due to have my TV set up however due to restrictions this hasn’t been able to happen. I’ve had an update to say it will happen on 20/4 but I am still being charged for sky tv that I don’t have? Can someone help please
