@SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

@SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

@SkyUK I have cancelled Sky, can't get Sky Q where I am so looking a dish-less solution. Why on earth have Sky not developed a Sky Q broadband box which doesn't require a Sky Glass TV? It make no sense if you have high spec top of the range QLED/OLED TV to downgrade to Sky Glass TV.

@SkyHelpTeam mr001 is the error code. Main box states satellite signal & connection good. I've disconnected the mini box now as I spent over an hour trying to reconnect the box. Everything else is working fine

@SkyUK so why, if you use the O2 network and they allow you to roam in Europe for free as part of the contract, have hubby and I just had to pay a total of £36 just to use our phones in Spain and France? Total rip off and will be leaving Sky mobile asap! 😡😡
