@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

@VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

@SkySports My problem with it: 1) it’s invite only 2) the players are exhausted and already have too must fixture congestion 3) money earned goes towards PSR, making already rich clubs even richer and making the gulf between them and everyone else even bigger. Completely unfair.

A small win. I’ve been in dispute with @SkyHelpTeam for a few months over 3 faulty Sky Glass TV’s (yes THREE!) I’ve had in the last 3yrs. Took my complaint to Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CISAS) and won!! @SkyHelpTeam now faffing around sorting out what to do! 🤨
