Disgraceful treatment @SkyUK. You should try to keep customers through product and service not bullying people in difficult circumstances.

@SkySports people who watch football hear swearing all the time. You really do not have to apologise every time your FX miles pick up a bad word. It’s actually more annoying you do it than the fact one person in a 50,000 crowd swears!!!

AJ Deane

@SkyHelpTeam No, of course not - she made the call to cancel and assumed that her request would be actioned. It took a couple of months for her to realise she was still being charged (due to her bereavement), so she went into the bank and cancelled from that end, as Sky hadn't.

So, @SkyUK. My bereaved mother has had no service from her Sky box since March, yet you've been stealing money from her while you're in breach of contract. Can you shed any light on why a loyal customer should pay for a replacement box, when it's your equipment that has failed?

@RichSBirch @SkyHelpTeam Richard if you can get a sim activated let the rest of us know how you did it. Been a struggle for months as the website is buggy as heck and they won’t fix it. Most say you need to phone but that’s not an option. Different browsers used to work, now it doesn’t seem to.
-
Simon Jefferies
(@olivegamestudio) reported
@SkyHelpTeam And you have no option? I’ll need your complaints address please. I’ve signed up to a recurring cost in a months time and you haven’t fulfilled the terms. Not a good Christmas treat for the kids as advertised in your email :(

@SkySports It’s a real shame that one of the successful clubs from the 1970s, is in such financial trouble. Brian Clough, in his autobiography, said that had he stayed there, the Rams could have been as big as Man Utd and Liverpool.
