@SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

@SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam With it not working properly. Not being familiar to this technology, I wouldn't have sussed it as quickly as I would without their help. I was with Virgin for over 15 years, but they're charging silly money now, but got better value from you & service. Decent pic quality too

Honestly @SkyUK can look at your phone signals. It’s saying I’m on 4g but nothing is loading and it’s been like this ever since we’ve joined. Worst provider. I’m paying for a service which I cannot use. I joined a Wi-Fi for this because getting through to you is also impossible

All @SkyHelpTeam are apparently in essential training which doesn't make sense. Why not train some people and rotate? Only want a couple of return boxes bags sent out! Customer service at #Sky has really gone down hill in recent times.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm new to Sky, I have the streaming service. (just switched over from Virgin Media). It has to be said that I'm very happy with the 2 people I spoke to to help me set up the puck to my tv & the Scotish bloke I spoke to today with an issue I had.........
