    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning! Yes, I’m well thanks. I’ve chased using the email address as no-one in Customer Services knows how to contact that team by phone. But when the only contact is email and there’s no reply (apart from auto-reply), it’s very frustrating. Not good from Sky really!
