    @SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    @sday69 @SkyUK This is why we are not going for it. We had no choice but to go for BT where we are as we can not have a board. Again this is via apps. We have the exact same problem! When we move house, we are going back to sky with a dish!!!!

    If you record UFC to watch the morning after it’s been on whatever you do avoid #skyglass - completely ruined it, can’t record, main cards don’t get added to playlist, they cut out all the replays at end of each round too, worst ‘upgrade’ ever! @SkyHelpTeam no use whatsoever 🤬
