    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    Connections between our @SkyHelpTeam boxes are pretty awful at the mo. Sky blame our internet, so we're switching to full fibre - but if that doesn't help - what are the best alternatives? We like Q multiroom but it's just so frustrating with all the dropouts.

    @Nasustir @SkySports Managers see controversial decisions awarded against them every week. Just ask Gerrard and Howe after recent trips to Anfield. The difference is they were able to take the decisions with dignity. Klopp abusing a ref after the match is embarrassing and sets a terrible example.
