@SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

@SkyUK Why is your customer service so consistently appalling!? 4 hours of calls over 2 days to try sort out yet another problem caused by yourselves! No call back yet again, false / incorrect information given and yes… I have to call you yet again tomorrow. Nothing changes!

Does anyone else think that it's pretty pathetic that @SkySports don't allow chromebook users to view live video in on even site (even though they pay a hefty subscription each month)? Sky go doesn't work either. Genuinely considering binning them off if I'm honest..... 🤬

@Gravenall94 @SkyUK Aaaaah, welcome to the club. Join many of us with the same issue which is due to Sky’s latest update on its Sky Q boxes. They don’t even acknowledge the issue. Pixelating pictures ... most channels but mainly sports. They will raise prices but not fix this major issue.
