    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you give incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or property, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you, every time !

    @SkyHelpTeam are the issues with broadband affecting Sky Q connectivity? Our broadband is fine with everything else except the SkyQ box this morning, lost connection earlier and now won’t reconnect

    @SkyUK Why is your customer service so consistently appalling!? 4 hours of calls over 2 days to try sort out yet another problem caused by yourselves! No call back yet again, false / incorrect information given and yes… I have to call you yet again tomorrow. Nothing changes!

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

    @SkyUK can you please read the notes on my account for EVERY transaction I try to conduct with you & let me know why your promises are consistently broken. Today, my property was damaged, I was switched to offers which were incorrect and I spent hours on phone to you

    @RunsWithSpoons1 @MichaelBensonn @SkySports Thats a problem if he doesn’t attempt to. That should bring even more suspicion. I could see him diverting from that, due to another investigation arising & Carefoot being brought back in the fold. So it’s easy to avoid all that. That fight outside of the Uk is a travesty.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have tried this numerous times but it is saying no known issues in the area but may not be able to advise on all issues !!When I call it says there are issues and will receive a text when rectified. I am working from for the nhs and my husband is trying to run a business.
