    Any chance of getting American programming on your “nfl” channel, instead the awful shite your currently airing. As someone who who visits the USA for games, your English presenters are awful and don’t hve a clue @SkySports and can @neilreynoldsnfl he is useless #sky #SkySports

    @SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying it’s OK - it’s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort what’s happening?

    @SkyHelpTeam 01466315810 is a company that called me today, pretending to be from Sky. I believe they a company called Home Telecom offering “ Genuine and unlimited broadband “ How dare they? I wonder how they got my landline number as I am with telephone preference service.
