    @SkyHelpTeam our broadband stopped working 20 minutes ago. It was absolutely fine until then although lots of people where I live have been having issues recently. Have done all the tests still doesn’t work. Amber smiley face lit on hub. Help.

    @helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

    @kellysharman19 @virginmedia If it’s not sorted today, I’m out. They can stuff their contract and any fees they’d expect me to pay!! It’s just a shame that @SkyUK are quite expensive for the stuff we want and I find they never look after existing customers

    Hdy @SkyHelpTeam I just sent you a DM about how shoddy the website and customer service setup is. I'd appreciate a response asap because I am stuck right now and will simply cancel the lot if this isn't resolved very soon. Not impressed.

    @GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

    @SkyUK absolutely horrific service. Broadband is dreadful and keeps cutting out. Ring the num on the website to complain and the phone gets cut off after waiting 7 mins. Press the “email us”& “message us” button on the website and nothing happens. RUBBISH

    @SkyHelpTeam any news on the fix for sky Q audio dropouts. Sick of switching off and back on again. Only happened since upgraded to her. Then you have the cheak to ask for a price increase

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Racing can be watched as a Virgin customer on tv and is part of the package that is paid for. The problem comes when accessing Sky Go via the Virgin Media sign in. Sky Racing isn't an option to watch. So my question is, can this be added by Sky to Sky Go for Virgin customers?
