@SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

The issue has already been reported to Trading Standards and they have been more helpful than @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk and the complaint is now being made to the Omubudsman.

Just seems ridiculous that @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK can break GDPR when it suits them and then when a customer actually needs help, it’s completely not allowed and they leave their customers with no choice..

HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.
