Today I called instead but was on the phone for an hour and still have not received the promised call back.

Did a quick check and @ecotricity is about £20 a month more than the average - which isn’t bad for renewable power, good customer service and no early exit fee

That's why the refund should have been processed and should have being manually refunded by a manager
