    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so you have plenty of agents on messenger if someone wanted to buy a Sky package but no one at all if I have faulty equipment. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I need the convenience of Messenger as I have very little time to call.

    @TomboBrewster @SkyUK It’s a troll, not a bot (I think) As for the HD part, it’s bonkers isn’t it. Although I only care about the total, they make the bills utterly baffling when they are broken down.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says all is fine but am getting slower speeds than normal. I can tell you that while all the lights on my hub are green there is zero internet. Others in my area have been having problems. Say it’s the junction, whatever that is
