    @SkyMobileCorp @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i canโ€™t have a refund and it canโ€™t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I canโ€™t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I donโ€™t really want to put a complaint in, there isnโ€™t any need because whether I do that or not, itโ€™s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, itโ€™s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid ๐Ÿ˜ž

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they canโ€™t connect to main box. I pay over ยฃ100 a month for my sky services. Covid isnโ€™t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. Iโ€™ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I have and weโ€™ve done everything and itโ€™s still not working. They said I need my main box hardwired into the booster which they canโ€™t do until engineers are allowed in the house. They knocked ยฃ10 off my bill for the next two months but...
