    @SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

    @SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok found it using the on screen guide but it’s not showing up in the sky app. No real surprise there seeing as you’ve abandoned that piece of shit app. I can’t wait to get rid of Sky TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes this means I get no compensation. You use working days, you make me pay (for broadband I could not use and TV I could not watch) for all the days. Moreover I have to buy extra mobile data from you to cover the outage, which was not my fault (fibre break in street). Poor

    What a surprise Dermot on @SkySports agrees with every decision made by the referees in the #MUFC game. Waste of a show and theyre just a band of idiots who back each other and ruin the game. There's a reason English refs never get near the big tournaments, no accountability

    @SkyUK Avoid at all costs go look for another provider modem over heats sends out engineer to only check phone line n to see if we receive &able to make calls Internet signal up n down off n on constantly end up sending out a reconditioned modem same problems awful really awful service
