    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    @SkyHelpTeam 1st call cut off after I had been told to unplug it all router and sky box. That didn’t resolve it then the call dropped. I called back and was advised no faults it’s EE problem my mobile provider
