    @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I had Talk Talk up until then, and I must say I was very happy with their service. Unfortunately, they only offered me their best deals once I'd decided to leave and they had notification from Now TV about the switch.

    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam my pal is setting up new sky tv & is stuck on the Pin Number setting. Nothing is being accepted & on ringing Sky, they send texts which are unhelpful. She is desperate to speak to someone at Sky but can’t get through to an advisor. Can you help please. Thanks.

    Can’t believe the horrendous service from @WeAreOpenreach/@SkyHelpTeam. Delay after delay with broadband and talk installation. Engineer apparently arrived today but didn’t even enter the property. Ring up and no one knows what’s happened. 13th May next appointment. Unacceptable!
