    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I had Talk Talk up until then, and I must say I was very happy with their service. Unfortunately, they only offered me their best deals once I'd decided to leave and they had notification from Now TV about the switch.

    @SkyHelpTeam having issues with my router since the August firmware upgrade. Decided to try a little test. Powered DOWN router & modem Ran "Test My Connection" By miracle it found "no problem" & confirmed my router was somehow "connected". Are Sky's tests a lie?

    @SkyHelpTeam why on my SkyQ setup when switching to UHD for an EPL game, I get an hdr signal prompt on my TV and get a markedly different picture. When I goto UHD on any other channel say F1, I don’t get this prompt or the picture quality. Are you using different levels of UHD?
