@SkyHelpTeam I don’t really want to put a complaint in, there isn’t any need because whether I do that or not, it’s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

@SkyHelpTeam My services came back online overnight, but engineer booked for Tuesday. I also had to spend £35 last night on upgrading my data plan for my 4G so I could have some form of internet to work with while the BB was down. This is now an unnecessary cost on top of what I pay for Sky
