    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t really want to put a complaint in, there isn’t any need because whether I do that or not, it’s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have and we’ve done everything and it’s still not working. They said I need my main box hardwired into the booster which they can’t do until engineers are allowed in the house. They knocked £10 off my bill for the next two months but...

I don’t have an issue with problems occurring, it’s the lack of information they’ve provided to customers. They provide no ways for customers to communicate with them either, except over social media.

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet has been down since 6:30pm today. Rang customer service, was on hold for 1hr 30mins, I get through to customer service and then they cut me off. There is no information or help on there site. I have tried everything they suggest but nothing has worked. 😡
