@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

Waited 3 HOURS to have a conversation with a @SkyHelpTeam agent and he ended the conversation before I was done with my query. It’s laughable that the bot said “thanks for being a loyal customer!” bc like.. this isn’t how you treat loyal customers.

@BT @SkyUK what does it take to get you to sort out my elderly parents phone line? 7 DAYS. They are with SKY, but BT has cocked up one of their own customers, and swapped their telephone numbers. Meanwhile they are cut off....@guardian please help
