PS (@steeleyp_) reported@woddle1000 @SkyHelpTeam So then put it all in an email. If you’re wanting to make a complaint, you have to follow their complaint process or it won’t be dealt with. Also useful if you do happen to have basis - you wouldn’t be able to refer to the ombudsman if you fail to follow the process.
