    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am now 9 days into no broadband or home phone - I’ve received one update from SkY 3 days ago - still nothing else - it’s quite appalling service if u ask me - just a message saying you’re working on it would suffice just being left in limbo constantly

    @SkyHelpTeam @peej1975 This is the 3rd weekend running that there has been an issue with sound intermittently dropping out on every match without fail. It isn’t isolated to a single user as inferred by @SkyHelpTeam. Software update hasn’t helped either.

    Sky Go really is the worst video streaming app available. I’m watching Wales on Amazon Prime Video next to Man Utd on Sky Go. Prime is sparkling HD, clarity and buffer-less. Sky Go is <SD, buffering every 60s on a 300MB/s connection and also impossible to cast. Poor. @SkyUK
