@SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

@MMA_Stig @SkyHelpTeam Jumping on this as I too had a 2TB replacement box recently and also get kicked out of Netflix constantly and have no sound when watching Prime (btw, if you exit the show/movie and go back into it the sound does work). Did you get any help on this or a resolution?

@SkySports I'd consider "goals scored" a pretty important department! And he should know given they managed to steal 4 points from United due to our poor finishing .
