    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    @leonagraham @thesturge @SkyHelpTeam are just as bad. Randomly throughout the day cuts off my meetings online and TV but app says all is OK. Trying to blame the customer and not take responsibility for their shoddy service.

    @SkyUK I have Sky Q on a new build estate that uses a communal dish. We had a power cut a couple of days ago and now some channels have no signal. I have no idea who manages the dish - can you help? (Have tried resetting the box).

    @8gzd8k76nM @steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam Not the case at all. Cinema/sport etc is an additional package that of course would be charged. I’m not suggesting that. But the base channels are already there in HD, so if you pay for a package, the HD part should be included. No need to be rude just because you’re wrong.

    @SkyHelpTeam Would love to use this feature. Problem is that, for some reason the no one at Sky can fathom, when I do anything in the app I get the “sorry, we can’t do this so please call Sky”. Have been told it is sorted but never is. App and mobile all up to date….
