    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

    @SkyHelpTeam getting really fed up of your Netflix app not loading on Q. Everything else works fine and it’s just Netflix. So it’s not my connection. Sometimes loads. Sometimes just won’t open up. Really poor and frustrating. Box reboots don’t solve either.

    @SkyHelpTeam I accept prices go up but in the current climate I find the level of increase immoral. Both Sky and my mobile phone provider have increased my bill by over 17%. It’s unacceptable imo and leaves a bad taste.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have spent over 2 hrs on the phone (another expense) trying to ‘fix’ broadband connection. I had an engineer out on Friday to ‘fix’ issue. The internet is still dropping out every 5 minutes & the cyber chat on the website is not helpful. #ineedtowork #losingthewill
