This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Almost every game I’ve watched on there recently has been beset by technical faults with the broadcast. It’s not as though it’s cheap if you’re not interested in the other sports either. Really poor value.
