So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@cattywhites2 @SkySports Yup. as annoying as it is (though not surprising) No rule exists that was broke. An interpretation of a rule was broken, but by the wording (which obviously powerful lawyers will argue) no rule was broken as we did not compete nor did intend to leave the prem. sad but true.
