This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.
