@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@Nicole_UB3 @SkyHelpTeam You could have 1Gbps download speeds but the speed at your device would be the same. The hub is getting 500 Mbps down… it’s your device that’s struggling. You either need to route an Ethernet cable to it or invest in signal boosters.
