No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

They don’t have mobile phones.This is their only link to their family and to make emergency calls.Telephone your CC yesterday, aware -external fault, told it would be sorted today. Hasn’t happened!

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.
