No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! The US ruling is ridiculous but appealing this sets an awful example for younger players (and youngsters in general) that you can just complain to get what you want and face no repercussions for your mistakes.
