    @SkySports what have you done to the #skysports app? Completely ruined what was a great app. Too slow, terrible user interface and difficult to navigate. What a poor customer experience. I am sure you can do better than that !! If you can’t - DM me ... can help make it better!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

    As this uncertainty builds I decided to find a better deal elsewhere. @SkyHelpTeam now insist I have to pay for a service they cannot provide in the interim. Disgusting company. I shall never return and will tell everyone I know about it.

    Hi @SkyUK / @SkyHelpTeam - in the 5+ years I’ve used your ATROCIOUS service, not once has there been a period where it hasn’t been constantly painful, from clunky TV services to appallingly slow internet speeds despite being on the top package possible AND paying through the nose

    @Sabbathan77 @SkyHelpTeam I must say, reading the @skyhelpteam response did surprise me. There’s not much premium about a costly service that works less often than a benefit fraudster. We’re paying over £125 a month now - that’s catching up rapidly with council tax & utilities!!!
