@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyHelpTeam beyond shocking service, my pensioner mum who lives alone has had no TV for 3 weeks awaiting an engineer, only to receive a phone call 24 hours before the engineers scheduled visit, to be told he can’t enter the house!!! SHE HAS NO TV!!! What do you suggest?

@SkyHelpTeam don’t know if there is any ongoing internet issues in my area? Have tried testing which shows no problem. However there is still issues with internet. Can’t even play game properly.
