@SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

@lachojski @SkySports Pen last night was VAR , that shirt pull was never enough to make trezeguet fall over like that (he’s another diver btw) most of the tackles on Grealish weren’t fouls but he makes sure with his theatrical dives as does Salah all the time ....... wise up refs

@SkyHelpTeam We follow the steps online everytime. It just drops out regularly for no reason and we're not the only one. At the same time other customers on twitter are saying its dropped out. Its a widespread issue so those connection and speed checks do nothing once its running again.

@SkyUK Your driver of #LG20JKV needs an eye test. That red light he went thru at 10.38 today meant to stop, it meant stop for car who went thru in front, he had loads of time to stop, no excuses. White guy, 30's, beard. Bad driving.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I have tried online help. It’s regarding WiFi guarantee or whatever you have us for extra £5 a month. But some rooms have hardly any coverage. You will need to be a bit more helpful than this please.
