@SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

@SkyUK have had calls in the last 2 days claiming to be Sky telling me I have a problem with my internet speed and need my details. As soon as I questioned them they hung up.. I am assuming this is a scam..

@SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box keeps losing internet.Have followed help guide, to no avail. Router is connected to internet, other devices connect no problem. Earlier in the week my router connection was intermittent so I phoned sky. Was promised a call back but never got it.
