    @SkyHelpTeam if overhead fibre has been installed in my street how do I get it to my house to be used with Sky Broadband? My standard Sky Broadband is very slow and hoping fibre to my house will make the difference.

    @SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

    @lachojski @SkySports Pen last night was VAR , that shirt pull was never enough to make trezeguet fall over like that (he’s another diver btw) most of the tackles on Grealish weren’t fouls but he makes sure with his theatrical dives as does Salah all the time ....... wise up refs

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @JeffStelling Soccer Saturday will never be the same if u go and neither will Saturday afternoons when I'm not at Kenilworth Road. I'd switch to BT sport and seriously consider my @SkySports subscription

    @SkyHelpTeam They had an engineer look at something received text saying resolved. Yet all day orange light / green light for internet connection. Called Sky took forever to get the guy to recognise there’s an issue then he did a check and realised an engineer is needed for some reason.

    @SkyHelpTeam Now they are not coming until THURSDAY which is absolutely ridiculous considering thats 2 full days down of internet. Everyone is right move to BT or Virgin. This is unacceptable.

    @peelyibiza @SkyHelpTeam Ahahaha you’re refusing to try some troubleshooting steps that are likely to resolve the issue because, surprisingly, they are the exact same steps an engineer would take? You must really doubt your own intellect if you can’t even follow simple instructions

    @SkyUK hello. Who should I contact to check which broadband service I’m receiving? Speed dropped a couple of weeks back and it’s now consistent with Superfast 35 (avg 35 mbps) and NOT the Superfast (avg 59 mbps) that I’m paying for. Thanks.

    @SkySports Why on earth are the Eagles on TV again? The worst team in the BBL any far this season. I get that it comes down to venues etc, but the Eagles are awful this season.
