@SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

@SkyHelpTeam The UI is there, just not the actual channel. That’s just black with no sound. No error messages. Turning off don’t release the TV either (it just goes to black screen and the TV does not go to the no signal message). Fixed now. Unplugged and waited thirty seconds
