@SkyHelpTeam can't watch ITV hub at all now, even a power off and on doesn't fix it. The adverts play then I just get a black screen.

@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

@SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

I’ve genuinely had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @SkyHelpTeam over the last month. Supposed to get gig broadband on 7th Nov; now getting lesser broadband on 8th Dec for the same price. 3 cancellations, 15+ hours of time on the phone. Awful

@_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam Ah so we've got to the bottom of the problem. OR have informed CPs that they could provide Gig speeds, upon ordering/provisioning they have realised the line (for any number of reasons can't handle that) and this has caused cancellations and the resulting lower speeds
