@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes they are wireless speeds as that is what’s important. I can’t have all my devices plugged in. I could be getting 100’s of mb at the router but if my sky supplied router is unable to turn that speed in to a usable wifi signal then it’s no good.

@SkyUK Currently really disappointed with this tv. Picture is poor. Have to keep adjusting settings to get decent colours. Actual green grass when watching footy would be appreciated. And yet to find any viewing that makes use of the Dolby. Can it be returned?
