    @SkyHelpTeam I work for a Telecoms company and I know it takes 24 hours if you expedite it. You've told me you can't expedite this because she doesn't have an emergency care line. SHE DOES. It won't work though because you've turned the PTSN off.

    @SkyHelpTeam please please please speed up your 4/5G networks. In rural Wiltshire we may see 4G displayed but it’s full of latency and terribly slow. And 3G and 4G should be consigned to the history books. Speed it up before you hike my bills. What am I paying for? ��� Give us 5G!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, in 1yr I’ve had a 59% price increase on my tv subscription & 20% to broadband (despite being within a minimum fixed term).I’m a customer of 10yrs & your colleagues says there’s nothing they can do.Can you help?It’s an eye watering increase that’s not substainable

    Trying to get support from @SkyUK -- got straight through to their "upgrades" support, but when I was transferred to their "cancellations/existing packages" team I've been on hold for over an hour. Maybe they aren't keen to deal with problems, but want to sign people up...?

    @SkyHelpTeam I've hung up because I've been told to reboot the router as this will help. -It obviously won't, given what I've been told above. -I have said I live an hour away, my Nan is elderly and frail and has no mobile, no landline and no emergency care line.
