    @SkyHelpTeam hi, our WiFi is not working and hasn’t been working great for a while, it is all plugged in, has been reset, and turned on and off. Can we have some sort of booster, because we’re paying for something that doesn’t work properly and it’s not acceptable. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam They called me back but I couldn’t answer as was working from home, and left a voicemail with no call back number meaning I will have to wait till tomorrow. Is this the best customer service that Sky thinks is appropriate for its customers?
