@grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

@SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

Thinking of travelling to Northern Cyprus. If you have a @SkyUK mobile phone don’t bring it. They have no airtime agreement here and have basically been zero help for the last 10 days. Been a sky customer for over 25 years. Customer service at its finest.

@SkyHelpTeam I checked that out when I got Sky Mobile....it said I'd get superfast internet inside and outside the home and is why I chose Sky - turns out in most of the house I can't get a signal and where I can, these are the speeds I get! Question is why?

@SkyHelpTeam This is my problem. I use my phone aboard all the time. It works in the south but not in the north. Therefore network issue. Read your own forums and stop tweeting my like I’m stupid. 3 phones with sky with zero service. I’ve called. I’ve done every setting. IT DOESN’T WORK.
