@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@SkyHelpTeam Been customers for 20 yrs but the standard of the offering has fallen so dramatically recently we are leaving at the end of current contract. Sky box & internet are so slow & we have to chase you while paying £100 a month. Not really good enough is it?
