A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

A far better outcome than having to take a couple days off for a Tuesday fixture. The bigger issue is being at the mercy of @CrossCountryUK trains.
