@SkyHelpTeam We have been talking to one of your “customer service” colleagues who doesn’t seem to bothered we can’t get the wireless to work & that it’s a free service and tough we now have cables running across our lounge. We have asked to speak to a manager & are now sitting here “on hold”

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.

Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

According to website there is no problem but according to other sites many people are experiencing the same problems, so surely it can't be all our routers!? Sort it out!

@SkyHelpTeam I've done diagnostics and it just says it can't connect and to call out an engineer...and then lo and behold hours later it magically reappears back online. I know they've been doing works in our area but there shouldn't be issues some 5 days later. Its not a good service...

Just to add: Don't deal with a company who make things difficult. Unable to do basis requests, transfer you, or provide alternative contact information are all warning signs. If you are considering becoming a @SkyUK customer, I would think twice about doing so. #sky
