    @SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router I’m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Can’t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? 😢

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

    This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam

    So yet again @SkyHelpTeam penalise their long standing customers who have older equipment by not giving them the full experience. No HDR, no @disneyplus in 4K for me. It’s not like I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think this is the final straw. #beliveinbettermyarse

    @SkyHelpTeam Well, I had to literally spell out what I felt would be reasonable level of expected customer service. They wanted to just pass on the call to the app/ technical department, this is after I’d been on a call with them for approx 20/30 mins explaining everything and they (part 1)

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been without internet since Saturday. An openreach engineer was supposed to be here yesterday and didn’t turn up! I was then told the issue needed to be fixed outside. I’m still waiting and now been told they can’t tell me when the issue can be fixed!

    @SkyHelpTeam The technical team can’t help. The issue is outside with Openreach, but nobody can tell me when it might be fixed. I work from home and it’s really causing issues. It’s been down since Saturday!

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope, none, otherwise I would imagine that would have shown I think two months ago during contract renewal? That call is the latest evidence of the time I’ve been with you, plus all the comps I’ve entered as a top tier customer over the past however many years I suppose.
