Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

@SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

@PeacefulNaturre @Adikastakes Na new month be this, and it's too early in the month to reason from your spinal cord. You do not need to visit any English stadium for you to demand better from your players. Skysports/TNT sports both have the viewing right (money which the clubs get paid with), which DSTV pays for. he inturn pays DSTV subscription or goes to a viewing centre and pays the guy to help him pay for his own subscription. So that his 250 naira helps pay these clubs which they use to pay the players.
