    @SkyHelpTeam I have had a call and an engineer is going to come fix the problem. Caroline was brilliant at helping! It hasnโ€™t sent through the message to give her feedback but she was fab!

    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and Iโ€™m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. Iโ€™m not the only resident complaining.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is the listings missing on RTE One HD on Sky Stream? already rebooted the box still the same this only channel that has no listings. problem is because the box doesn't know whats on it keeps asking for a pin.
