@SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam We have spoken to ‘Mark’ who couldn’t even get a reading for our broadband speed it’s that slow. He’s promised that it will be sorted within 2 days.. this is so repetitive, seriously had enough. Time to look elsewhere 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Been having broadband issues on and off since last night. Sky q box connects to router but not the internet (internet working on all non sky devices) when it doesn't connect to the internet it kicks itself off the router. Reset multiple times. Ss13 area.

@SkyHelpTeam why is your "super fast fibre line" not at all super fast, and I also don't have fibre to the premises like you said I do in my contract. Since day of installation I've had nothing but connection issues and high ping issues, but hey you won't do anything about that.

@SkyHelpTeam This is on glass I know it’s not skys fault it’s down to ITV and how they are sharing with sky. ITV is the biggest issue with glass and just doesn’t seem@to be getting any better

@BetfairCS live video from Newcastle (SkySports) is awful. Couldn't even watch the race due to non-stop breaking up of the feed. By contrast, Ayr (RacingTV) is perfect.
