@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

@SkyHelpTeam I dont pay a monthly Broadband fee to watch Sky on my Ipad! If Sky cannot sort it out then I will go to Virgin et al. This is not good customer service suggesting I use a different method to watch something I want on tv when it is the Sky service in the area that is the problem.
