    Was going to keep @SkyUK movies and sports and not bother pausing, but got home tonight and subs going up and only signed up in November, good job I added sports and movies separately after install cancel anytime, **** pausing, cancelling

    @SkyHelpTeam We cant get through to anyone. The home broadband is down and my wife is a civil servent, recognised as key worker and she is working from home. Secondly you have changed our monthly charge without any notice. I cant get in touch with anyone to ratify this.

    @cazmaxwby Yeah ever since we’ve “upgraded” to the new broadband, even paying the £4 “boost” it’s been worse than the old one, awful service and product. It guaranteed WiFi in every room in the house & it just doesn’t. Will be ringing to complain when I can get through @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports The Premier League will not declare the season null and void because then Sky & BT would sue them for a refund of around £4.6 Billion investment it made so financially it wouldn't make sense to cancel the season.Every place in the Premier League is worth millions to the clubs.

    @SkyHelpTeam my engineer was due between 8-1 to fit a new SkyQ box as out Sky+ box broken. I've rung helpdesk who say they are still coming. I'm a supermarket worker so difficult getting time off

    @FaxBrony @SkySports It’s just a slow burn method of shutting up shop & attempting to void the season. Drip drip drip of problems even when answers have been given so they can yank up the drawbridge. Up to Sky & Bt as ultimate paymasters to stop em doing that....

    @redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

    @Forest19771 @TC38534491 @SkySports NHS staff aren’t getting tested, that doesn’t mean they’re not available. That’s another topic. If the clubs want it to happen, then clubs will have to strip back & it will be essential staff only. The number of games to be played in the timescale is the least of the issues

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to do it on line and I’m going round in circles, if no one rings me in the 24hrs I will cancel my DD. I am not a key worker so I can’t ring in I’m retired and this is driving me up the wall.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes the problem still keeps happening if yiu pause a problem or if yiu fast forward or rewind after it won’t work until you either turn off sky stream or change channel and change back again really plus Laos randomly just stops some times not good.

    @SkyHelpTeam day 2 of intermittent broadband and Sky Glass. No TV since Xmas Eve. I have reset everything and the tv freezes then pushes me out to the menu. Can’t even stream music. Is there a local issue? Your app says “everything good” my Speedtest app tells me differently!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Glass is fundamentally broken. The remote controls need recalling and everybody refunding. Have you ever spent a Christmas where your son can’t play his new Xbox because of corporate incompetence. Disgraceful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep, it’s been on the account since day one. It’s stuck on the onboarding postcode entry on login, and if I get past it with a URL to MySky then it has the errors from my original tweet.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK why does your MySky app stop music from playing when you open it?! Most apps allow the music to continue playing (incl the Sky Go app!) please can you fix this, it’s frustrating (this is on iOS)
