    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

    @SkyHelpTeam 1st time engineer came out sorted problem, 2nd time I was told by one of your colleagues that its an issue at bt, there is no time frame for a fix because there the wires might have copper ends which slows the connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam Scammy **** Company, don’t lie about are WiFi speeds. Mfs say we get a consistent 40 mbs with no drop outs, when we literally could have the box unplugged. Also catch this ratio @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes we’ve done this it states there’s an outage, we click what to do next and it says it’s fixed then we run a new test and it says there’s an outage problem still
