@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam classic again today having to reboot my broadband and Sky Q boxes. This is a regular occurrence probably 3 times a day. Safe to say I’m not happy and think your service is a shambles really for what people pay in this current climate.

Haaland has clearly ruined the City dressing room.The players are jealous of why he gets so much media attention. He scores goals but does he really make them a better team? Surely SkySports and Espn will do multiple segments on this issue, or is that only for a specific player?

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Tell me why your customer service team lied to us and said they’d add an extra 14 days to our cancellation period for our broadband and then didn’t honour this! Now can’t access Netflix, which we pay you to provide as well! Seems dishonest to me!

@SCoxy31Real @SkyHelpTeam Having the exact same issue @SCoxy31Real. Losing Wi-Fi constantly, sky q boxes always losing network connection. Resetting router everyday. But if you do online check it’s all working fine! Clearly not. Madness for what we pay, absolute shambles.
