    @SkyHelpTeam lip syncing issues on Sky Q mini box tv. Switched system/tv off/taken plugs out. Looked at audio/visual settings m changed ‘dig audio delay optical’ settings n changed. Also looked at TV settings. Advice?

    @LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

    @mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

    @bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!

    @FeralAtticus1 @SkyHelpTeam You’re talking nonsense. A TVL is required for having a TV capable of receiving and displaying live TV as broadcast. A service provider is fully entitled to stop you using their equipment if you don’t pay a subscription. Plug an aerial into your TV and make the most of your TVL🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Also, I don’t know if it’s coincidence or you’re just really trying to rub salt into the wounds but my old internet connection has become so horrendously slow I’m convinced I’ve travelled back to 1994. At one point can I request a refund?

    @Liamhoy4 @SkyUK I got the full fibre 150mbs installed ..i moved from bt who wanted to charge the same £ but for 35mbs.. Tbh i am impressed. Good customer service too... once you get thru!!/ get transferred around the houses.

    @SkyHelpTeam You need to get it touch with open reach and see what they broke! While shoving cables down in the ground outside my property. They broke something before when they were fiddling about Under ground and cut through something! And it seems same had happened again!
