@SkyHelpTeam It’s the TV. It freezes at least once a day and twice at weekend days. When used more regularly. Then other times I get this dark band on the TV. Other times it will just randomly respond to a voice command when the mic is off. It’s the worst purchase I’ve made for a long time.

@SkyUK I've had sky glass for nearly a month and I find it far inferior to sky q. I have 2 extra tv pucks and they keep freezing or the sound keeps going off. I had multi room before and never had an issue. The fact that there is no hard drive isn't very good either!

@SkyHelpTeam seems to be an issue to call landlines. I have 4 family members who use Sky who’s line is constantly engaged although no issues are showing in our area.
