    @SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

    @SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

    @SkyUK My bill is going from £67.50pm to over £100, rang up to cancel as I can't afford what I'm paying. tried to sell extra stuff to help discount. tried again came back with current pack but an increase of £6.50pm. Cancellation, bye Sky, so much for being a Platinum customer

    @sam61892307 @SkyUK You’ll find that it’s very much your problem. They won’t offer to take it down as, already stated, it’s not their property. You will ultimately pay for it yourself if you really want it gone, irrespective of your current view.
