So yet again @SkyHelpTeam penalise their long standing customers who have older equipment by not giving them the full experience. No HDR, no @disneyplus in 4K for me. It’s not like I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think this is the final straw. #beliveinbettermyarse

@SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router I’m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Can’t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? 😢

Nothing but absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyHelpTeam . The majority of the time it’s been call after call to India and they do nothing! Finally get to speak to some in the Uk Sky mobile team and they are just rude and obnoxious. Sky mobile complaint now 3 weeks!
