    Love how @SkyUK can automatically increase your bill by almost £100 a year and think it’s acceptable. Not a happy customer right now as according to them, there’s nothing I can do about it as I’ve recently renewed my contract which is now all of a sudden going up!#unhappycustomer

    @SkyUK your phone helpline is absolutely awful - been on for 10 minutes and the guy is useless. Simple question but he couldn’t answer. His name was Nilesh All I asked is how can I watch Game of Thrones 1-7 on demand as it’s been taken off what I can view

    @SkyHelpTeam please please, I can't keep asking anymore. My wifi needs sorting out. I have one of your boosters but still having connectivity issues. Really considering having to go elsewhere for wifi, I dont want to have to do but I'm not getting the speed or stable connection!

    Why does @SkySports have adverts between overs in the cricket. It’s a paid service so it’s just greed to get extra money from advertising revenue. I wanted to hear Michael Holding but it keeps cutting to adverts. Sky has ruined cricket for me 🏏

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, our WiFi is not working and hasn’t been working great for a while, it is all plugged in, has been reset, and turned on and off. Can we have some sort of booster, because we’re paying for something that doesn’t work properly and it’s not acceptable. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Well……the absence of any form of phone number’s the main issue… They keep trying to fob me off with the ‘bot’ assistant or direct me to the web-shop but neither of these will work as I have a discount code that isn’t being pulled through 😖🤯

    @SkyUK spoke to someone to cancel said all the right things through automated service, so assume I was put through to the right department. When I confirmed I still want to cancel was told I have to be put through to someone else 1hr 30mins still waiting 😠😠

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, yeah it was a system issue that did not cancel down my broadband correctly which is why as well as March being charged a bill was also issued for April incorrectly. That's why the refund should have been processed and should have being manually refunded by a manager
