All while they're here every day connecting up houses and fixing their network.

We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.

If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!
