    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @SkyHelpTeam got to love wasting an hour on the phone the other week being told I need a new box, advisor didn't listen. All I needed was the LNB fixed to the dish as it was loose. Quick fix, saved paying for a new box which wouldn't have worked and cheaper than engineer visit!
