My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

@Nicole_UB3 @SkyHelpTeam You could have 1Gbps download speeds but the speed at your device would be the same. The hub is getting 500 Mbps down… it’s your device that’s struggling. You either need to route an Ethernet cable to it or invest in signal boosters.
