@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

@SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

@SkyHelpTeam (Not asking for help). Are folk aware that your SkyQ box is set by default to require a pin number, pre-watershed on anything deemed adult. To show 'no' adult content at all. Set to require a pin to purchase anything. You can turn them all off in parental controls.

SKY is down again! SKY went down at May 18, 2022 at 02:05AM in Gloucester. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. skyhelpteam
