Even though I have 2 tablets that were fine yesterday but will not connect today. There was no number provided that I could see. Are you having lots of problems today?

You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? A far better outcome than having to take a couple days off for a Tuesday fixture. The bigger issue is being at the mercy of @CrossCountryUK trains.

Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.

Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

They have 2 guys who specialise in this by creating narratives building up weeks of total pointless stories. Isak to Liverpool is just 1 bad example.
