@samknotty @SkySportsPL @SkySports Again, missing the point. If our 'top' refs CANNOT see the penalty immediately, that is AWFUL. No excuse and VAR should not be required. My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

@SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

Just had the worst customer experience with @skytv enquired how much it would cost to upgrade to @SkySports it was £20 which is OK but currently have the movie channel we don't watch & not in contact for so just wanted to swap over Gave up & listening to the game on the radio 😭
