    @SkyHelpTeam Just feels like a bit of a fail that I’m paying extra for an improved service and am possibly going to end up losing all service for a day. Would be like upgrading to Sky Cinema and you turning off all the rest of my channels for 24 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, how do I go about getting one of those decent modems which may actually be able to emit signal into the next room? The one I’m having has serious issues supporting anything on WiFi, that’s not in the same room so it’s pretty hopeless.

    @mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

    @SkyHelpTeam we were supposed to have our broadband set up today, time between 8-1. We rang up at 2:30 and was told the engineer was 100% still coming today. If it’s 4 o’clock ring a given number, we did and it was just saying go online for help. What’s going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky team - how do you actually pick up the phone and talk to someone? I have been dialling numbers for 20 minutes and cannot even get into a queue. It is amazing just how shocking Sky customer service is now, when it used to be excellent.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I sent an online message on the 5th about my broadband increasely cutting out and I've had no reply. Feels like poor service to say I'm paying £43 a month!
