@SkyHelpTeam was asked to do a survey after my phone call today then and asked what I’d rate the customer service rep. When I said my score she said I should give her 9 or 10 and then weirdly i didn’t get the survey. That’s not proper representation of your performance.

@Leosault @SkySports Disagree. All to help the PL clubs who have huge squads.EFL clubs are not having their leasing cup, league cup games reduced. Only premier league clubs that moan about cup replays.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm bored of being fobbed off by your staff in truth. I have had 1 helpful engineer (who admitted most engineers bodge job - always good to know) & 1 helpful advisor. The rest have been crap or attempted to make me pay more money. Its just a absolute embarassment.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam your engineer came to fix my sky box 7 days ago. Its already broken again. A customer advisor was meant to arrange a 6 month refund. They didnt. Just thought you should know of your companies failures.
