How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

After an hours travel I was so looking forward to an early screening of @SonyPicturesUK #ghostbusters last night, as a @SkyUK invitee, only to find out the film started half an hour earlier than my invite email, so we missed it 😭 Never again. Local cinema next time. @cineworld

@SkyHelpTeam So I'm owed £198 and if we had superfast broadband then why the hell are our speeds so damn slow! It's 2021! We've got basic, dial up broadband... in 2021... the price I pay is ridiculous for bare minimal dial up broadband! @crack_alacking

@SkyHelpTeam I can send and receive texts and FaceTime but can’t make or receive any calls 😩😭 Checked the service and apparently everything is fine?! What’s happening? 😩

@AshChattyMan @DamienHart @SkyHelpTeam Their suggested fix was to configure the Sky box to use a different DNS server (eg 8.8.8.8) than what one’s ISP provides. That worked for me. But they should really publicise the fix more, I’m sure there are a lot of Sky customers scratching their heads rn.
