After an hours travel I was so looking forward to an early screening of @SonyPicturesUK #ghostbusters last night, as a @SkyUK invitee, only to find out the film started half an hour earlier than my invite email, so we missed it 😭 Never again. Local cinema next time. @cineworld

How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

@SkyHelpTeam OK guys, this is getting stupid. We’ve been without internet access for most of the last two days. The engineer we were promised has been a no-show. Megan at technical service was great but apart from her your service has been a shambles. How do we terminate our contract?

@swfc3045 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah **** happens but the communication is abysmal. I get that the customer service agents dont know what's going on but it is their job to advise us. I feel for them but they should be better informed, and tweeting vague **** and turning off replies is not helpful. @SkyHelpTeam
