How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

@SkyHelpTeam Joke of a company you overcharged, refuse to pay overchargement and now once through in phone line refuse to transfer to speak to an advisor until outstanding amount is paid. I will going down the CISAS route for a letter of deadlock if this issue is not sorted out asap

@SkyHelpTeam Ah ok. Would be good to let the customers know when lines are open on the website or voicemails. Need help with reducing bills. Have been with Sky 11 years and my bill just went up by nearly £20 a month for no reason!

Essential worker but working from home using #skybroadband. Internet has gone, the #mysky app can't do the tests as router not connected. Go through website - tests not working! Phone Sky - all lines closed due to staff training. I need to work! @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK help me pls!
