How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

After an hours travel I was so looking forward to an early screening of @SonyPicturesUK #ghostbusters last night, as a @SkyUK invitee, only to find out the film started half an hour earlier than my invite email, so we missed it 😭 Never again. Local cinema next time. @cineworld

@SkyUK abysmal service and comms seem to be all were getting over an ongoing broadband/phone outage in Washington. Almost 24 hours and best you can say is we're working on it.... and that's only if you push the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi just so you have it documented this is the 30th day running that our internet has gone off for more than 6 hrs fed up of being passed around now , last nights call resulted in ‘give a few days ‘ great advice 22 year loyal customer is done and cancelling now

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I recently got Sky Glass so had to return my old equipment. I did this last week,kept proof of postage and have checked its been delivered,which it has. I keep getting messages and emails asking me to return the equipment. I dont have time to phone. Can you help

@SkyUK If Sky wanted to make 2023 epic they'd fix all the problems that have persisted for the entirety of 2022 with #SkyGlass and #SkyStream I'd like to be able to pause live tv, leave the room for 10mins (or more) and come back to pick up where I left off, for starters.

@SkySports If you want to help stop people using IPTV, how about giving your subscribers a choice? Why are you not broadcasting Man U v Charlton? Amazon and BT Sport would be showing both EFL games tonight if they had the rights.

Said it before and I’ll say it again… make football affordable to watch, more people are likely to pay… also scrap the Saturday 3pm black out rule. @SkySports @btsport etc would rather spend millions cracking down on streams rather than making their packages more affordable.
