How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but there’s been a payment taken already without my consent and me being aware , so sky should refund it., also your agent said it was since 2009, which sky never contacted me about and randomly after 12 years start taking money

@SkyHelpTeam I've come to the conclusion that Sky is mad. Attempted to buy Sky Glass twice - once outright, the second time by instalments. Orders went through fine, then I receive a cancellation email <10 minutes later. It's never been so difficult to place a flipping order.

Dear @SkyUK I’m fed up with your cr@p. First you slap roaming charges without any warning and then your crappy service doesn’t even work - keeps telling me local numbers I try when travelling are “not in use” when they’re perfectly in use from every other provider. Liars.

@SkyHelpTeam I've done it all in the past, had enough of doing it all, "engineers" out, new box, signal extenders, channel changes, it's just not consistent

@SkyHelpTeam i am trying to end my TV contract with you due to severe financial hardship as a result of a sudden change in circs and am being told I am unable to cancel until the contract runs out in 12 months. Surely you must offer an early cancellation option?

@SkyHelpTeam why is the mobile phone signal so ****. Waste of time having a mobile on a sky contract because i cant use it away from my home wifi. Even tried all the troubleshooting ideas and it still ****, good job my EE work mobile is working fine so maybe its time for a change

@SkyUK There has been a payment taken from my account and direct debit setup with my card details but not my name on the account. I have been refused help to close this account as it’s fraud and not on my name. Meanwhile I had to pay £42 plus an additional £180 help?
