    How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

    @SkyHelpTeam To be asked "Have you tried resetting your router?" for the 100th time in 6th months? The problem very clearly isn't me when you had nearly three thousand people reporting problems last night, I will not be taken for a fool by unqualified employees again. Thanks though Stephanie.

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly? Nothing.. no helpful conversation, dates or times of when we’d see an engineer, no offers of compensation or anything. Incredibly awful to be honest. They were happy to ring me regarding Sky Glass which, even if I wanted, would be useless without wifi! Very tone deaf

    @SkyHelpTeam new customer of yours. Had sky broadband and the first two weeks worked fine last two weeks I’ve had no connection, my devices say connected but no internet on phones. Tv is working however it’s taking 20 mins to load a programme

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a major issue no one is helping me with. Escalated Friday around 11am and was told I’d receive a call back within 72 hours. How can I get someone to call me, calling you is like pulling teeth.

    Awesome, the LAN has collapsed on the @SkyUK router. Some devices not picking up ip addresses and no travel outside of the network. Wifi working fine. Wish I could put my own in.
