How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

After an hours travel I was so looking forward to an early screening of @SonyPicturesUK #ghostbusters last night, as a @SkyUK invitee, only to find out the film started half an hour earlier than my invite email, so we missed it 😭 Never again. Local cinema next time. @cineworld

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but didn’t get anywhere with them then got an email from the sky switch squad that there was an issue with my email install even though it had been working fine. I need broadband for work and that seems impossible to be sorted other than being told just wait for openreach

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I've been on the queue to log a complaint for 20 minutes now? I really would prefer someone to try and help come up with a solution. Maybe replacing the boxes that aren't working, can't we at least try that! The main box works fine.

@SkyHelpTeam For over a week I have been told that and that same site has said the same thing with no helpful update. Helpline also no help. Seem to be back online now (after 8 days of no broadband) but as soon as contract is over, I’ll be moving ISP

@SkyUK just had appalling level of service from sky. Rang up to get a problem fixed, nothing can be done until an engineer can come to site in March. Can't discuss compensation until its fixed and refused to put me through to a manager. Then she cut me off.
