    How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

    After an hours travel I was so looking forward to an early screening of @SonyPicturesUK #ghostbusters last night, as a @SkyUK invitee, only to find out the film started half an hour earlier than my invite email, so we missed it 😭 Never again. Local cinema next time. @cineworld

    @SkyHelpTeam This is absolutely unacceptable service. Your online help is worse than useless. You hide behind your internet wall totally inaccessible to your customers. The service you provide is completely at odds with your promises and disappoints on every level.

    Really disappointed with the lack of transparency by @SkyHelpTeam around VIP when retaining mobile but cancelling TV and broadband. They won’t tell you this but being Gold only means something at the Olympics. When it comes to Sky, long service means nothing when you cancel 1/2

    @SkySports I think they have a terrible board who have consistently lost their best players, and I don't blame him for having had enough. The spurs fans who have turned on him seem to ignore how they've gone backwards since making the CL final

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really really disappointed in the service provided by sky mobile I’ve not been able to use my phone now for 5 days because my phone wasn’t un blacklisted despite 2 calls and then the new sim wasn’t actually registered either I’m fed up

    @SkyHelpTeam 10 days with no broadband due to an issue in the area is unacceptable. How do I go about claiming compensation?
