    How hard is it to put the Watch Next section at the top on @primevideouk. And it really should be Continue Watching. @Netflix still leads the way with its UI. And why can't I use the @SkyUK remote numeric keys to enter a PIN. And it's soooo slow. What a mess.

    After an hours travel I was so looking forward to an early screening of @SonyPicturesUK #ghostbusters last night, as a @SkyUK invitee, only to find out the film started half an hour earlier than my invite email, so we missed it 😭 Never again. Local cinema next time. @cineworld

Listen to yourself and try and be nicer to someone who is just trying to do their job. I’d hate to have to deal with a customer like you.

    If you are thinking of getting @SkyUK Q my advice is “don’t bother, nothing but trouble”. I spend a lot of my day switching it off and letting it reset itself as it keeps stopping. I have tried calling @SkyUK but a poorly trained person tells me to switch it off & let it restart.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but I tried these last night. I go to the virgin go app and it shows sky sports etc. Several channels take yo to the Sky go app, which asks you to login with your virgin details, but then says that they are not recognised? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. I'm trying to watch channels via the "TV from Sky" App, via my XBox. The picture "judders" every 5 seconds; I've got this on Sky Sports and other channels. No problems when using the Netflix App on the XBox. Can you help please?
