@SkyUK should hang their heads in shame at the way their manage their SkyGo, purchased content and customers. Just bought Bohemian Rhapsody from #skystore on “buy and keep”, now I can’t get it onto my TV thanks to #sky and their paranoia about #piracy. Ridiculous! I just paid!

@SkyHelpTeam so engineer is a no show, sky help time, not much, no sorry, no help! They suggested calling the helpline, I did, a 30 minute wait to speak to someone! I spent an hour & a half on the phone to them last night, why is it not possible for them to call me!!!

@SkyHelpTeam The people with superfast in LS27 are all in the same boat! We were already without internet Fri - Sun this week. The issue is area wide. No amount of router resets are you to fix this. #skybroadband
