@SkyUK I was meant to have skyq installed a few weeks ago but cos of all that’s going on it hasn’t been possible which is no ones fault! But since then I’ve not been able to watch cinema etc that I pay for and don’t think I actually need sky now, so how do I cancel or get refund

@SkyHelpTeam I have sky q with three mini boxes. We were told we could watch up two two mini boxes at a time but it’s only allowing us to use one?The third and main box in standby but we are unable to use the two in the bedrooms at the same time? Awful when each box is £50!

@claudelittner @SkyUK That is terrible but I expect nothing less from Sky for anyone who dosent know when their TV contract is up for renewal check it as they don't remind you they just take a huge amount of money from your account and when you query it they are very rude in telling you its your fault

@claudelittner @SkyUK I will be leaving sky in October when my contract expires. I can no longer afford it with the cost of living crisis. All their contract end communications are designed to be confusing to give a false impression they're giving a loyal customer good value.
