@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m hoping you can help me. My sky Q box loses my network information nearly every day. Nothing else is having an issue and I have to reset the network settings and re-enter the password every day. Mildly infuriating. Any suggestions?

@SkyUK I was meant to have skyq installed a few weeks ago but cos of all that’s going on it hasn’t been possible which is no ones fault! But since then I’ve not been able to watch cinema etc that I pay for and don’t think I actually need sky now, so how do I cancel or get refund

@SkyUK upgraded to ultrafast a month or more ago! Should of stayed with superfast engineer also cut or phone line and disconnected our alarm and internet is worse!! Internet speed at 0.24! And can’t get any help

@SkyHelpTeam I know there's issues in Dover with the broadband services, but my Mum's had her Sky TV affected too. All she's getting is a yellow light on her box and a black screen, and earlier she had a white fuzzy snowy screen before it went blank. Any ideas? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam 20yrs a customer, unstable intermittent broadband for weeks! A quarter of my promised and payed for speed,almost an hour on hold, and the service agents answer to problem, try another provider.. then cuts me off, customer service at it's best.

@SkyHelpTeam Okay, thanks. It’s been 3 hours now and we haven’t even had an announcement on what the issue is which is concerning. A lot of people like myself require a reliable internet connection to work from home at the moment, I had to resort to using mobile data which cost me a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam I did, and while it does eventually confirm that there is a problem, you click for updates and it takes you back to the general page where again it claims no issues... Considering the original text message confirmed the issue logging in to see the same message seems odd
