    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp you seem to have managed to fumble my broadband switch so badly that I now have at least 10 days without broadband as you have notified my prior supplier to end its service but will not start the Sky service for at least 10 days. Absolutely hopeless

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to cancel my sky cinema package as it’s a rolling contract but I am unable because your lines are closed and the app won’t let me! Please contact me ASAP to cancel. I am not in contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep, but this isn’t the first time that it’s happened it’s a once a month thing. I’ve had sky broadband for nearly a year and had nothing but issues with it. when I get through il be asking to cancel my contract

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you realise there was a massive problem with internet at 00.30 big you cannot get hold of anyone at sky to tell them I work from home night shifts - I had to travel 40miles into work at 0100 as no home broadband - I cannot have this keep happening!!
