@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that and follow the instructions but that dosent help. Running the check dosent fix a constant connection drop out as its clearly not the router that is the issue here.

@SkyUK why is it so hard to speak to a customer service advisor? It’s taken me an age to get through to someone to be told they could extend my VIP film voucher to then speak to someone else to say they can’t!

@SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that ans it’s our own fault for not using the code sooner. We’ve let the kids down but not getting them the film they wanted! Just very frustrated this morning with how hard it is to get through to an actual person at sky. Your recorded phone system is a nightmare
