    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam so broadband checker shows issues in my area but then go to service status which shows no issues? Which one is it? I’ve got no internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

    @FabrizioRomano @SkySports Tuchel must be gutted. He already had all this **** (and more) when he was at PSG. There are two managers that have control over their players and full support of their clubs. Pep and Klopp.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, me again from yesterday. This link leads to drop down menus for faq’s. Internet v patchy again today, cannot find help. My hub is 6 years old, and needs replacing. It’s v hard to reach anyone at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey sky ( currently a sky Q customer ) I’ve ordered the sky glass 65inch, what happens if it’s not for me and I need to cancel it during the cooling off period ? Do I just sign back up to a new sky w contract or does my old one just restart itself after cancellation

    @SkyHelpTeam no sky tv since 5pm yesterday, keeps saying no satellite signal, have reset 4 or 5 times, still the same. Broadband is fine, phone too. I am in G51 area, are there any problems? Thanks, Jean
