Alison Phillips (@alisonrphillips) reported from Whitehaven, England@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

-
MS (@my_cat_rocks) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I still came believe in these times, that you can sign up to these contracts and upgrades online or at a push of a button. When when you want to downgrade or cancel your contract, you need to speak to somebody. Rip off
-
DVB (@donvonbonn1) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @SkyUK are so bad. It took me weeks to disentangle myself from their supply web.
-
👅🫶Alas / minx ☺️🫶👅 (@x_Sala_24_12_72) reported@jammierooroo @Craftycryer @SkyUK Just move to someone else and cancel DD etc .. then escalate the complaint and refuse to pay the leaving charge ... Sky are terrible the equivalent to British gas .. the worse out there ..

-
stephen proudman (@steve451981) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Imagine paying that much money just to watch the tell-a-vision? Wtf is wrong with people, even £110 per month is way way to much, glad I dont watch tbe shite

shells (@31Shells) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked for BT retentions briefly, spoke to an elderly widow . BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%
-
Andy (@SepLad) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Sky has a bad reputation when it comes to renewals/contracts
-
haks (@haks_e) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK £170? That's a disgrace, I'm sure she wouldn't even watch 3/4 of the channels. Even £110 a month is steep. The business model is so flawed. They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.
