    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam so broadband checker shows issues in my area but then go to service status which shows no issues? Which one is it? I’ve got no internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @officialgiggs @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam never gave me the advertised speeds and didn't bother to investigate it either. Paid for 59Mb was barely pushing 40. Now with BT who fixed the issue with openreach, get 65Mb now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m getting bombarded with calls from someone claiming to be from your ‘broadband’ team, it feels like a scam as they are calling on the wrong number and When challenged he got quite rude and shouted over me. Might be worth looking into it for vulnerable customers?
