    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already run through this, and it's advised me to contact you. However, I'm in a blackspot for mobile coverage, so rely on WiFi calling to call out from my mobile... Which is not working. So can't call you??

    @arleneisaboot @SkySports Ffs. I was just moving and planned to pay £25 a month for BT just for that. I will never get sky. Obviously the regional NE league is in free to air but doesn’t help with union.
