@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Everything works on 4g, when connected to broadband it doesn’t. Everything works On neighbour broadband with another provider, Reset broadband it works a bit then back to not working, so the issue clearly sky broadband. Any answers yet or just the usual guff?

@SkySports Really - 5 years? If you're serious about stopping it, has to be a life ban - zero exceptions. A time period ban sends the wrong message to the clean athletes - yes the few that are left - it tells them they have to face the cheats again further down the line - not acceptable!
