    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Secondly, Sky always ‘appreciate your frustrations’ but actually make zero attempt to do anything regards alleviating those frustrations. Customer Service and Complaints process should be done under trade descriptions act!🤦

    Please @SkySports don’t have @DarrenBent as the Spurs pundit. This man flopped so hard he’s only remembered for such a bad miss that he had a public spat with his boss (I was there, it was one of the most frustrating misses I’ve ever seen.) And so he hates us and slags us off.

    @SkyHelpTeam Again the connection is awful. I understand the weather is bad but this is awful. We have checked the router and wires and they are fine. What more can we do ?!

    @SkyUK my service should have gone live on 2nd Dec. @OpenreachHelp sent an engineer out whom sat in his van for an hr because he couldn’t get it working. He then left and said someone will be in touch because he couldn’t do it. I chased @SkyUK every single day...

    @SkyHelpTeam I have chatted to various teams numerous times (12 or so), all unwilling to do anything to help. I am awaiting a manager call (for the third time, previous twice they have not called). TBH, #Skybroadband grasp of customer service is non existent.
