@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly the lady hasn’t fixed the issue, my booked engineer never turned up & the lady on the phone talked me through some steps to help my issue however this has stopped my professionally installed CCTV from working. I’m now going to need to get an engineer from the CCTV company

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but I asked on the call that I wouldn’t lose my devices told no. CCTV uses port forwarding and all those settings are lost, so I’ll have to get the company in at cost I think Sky should pick up the tab. Perhaps a call would help

@skytv @SkyUK when will you fix the ‘Now’ Apple TV app? Please use the default media player so that the app/remote work properly when playing video, properly encode the content and also your ‘quick links’ being right down at the bottom of the main page really ain’t ‘quick’!!! 😵💫
