@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyUK yet again you have let my Mom down in installing her sky box. She has been in her own in a mobile home without TV, spent her birthday on her own. Why keep messing her about? Tv may be the only thing keeping people sane through this pandemic !

@SkySports Pierluigi Collina is the greatest ref the game has ever seen. In part because he didn’t take any crap from players and commanded respect. He’d have had no second thoughts about getting in a player’s face to make his voice heard.
