    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyUK It's pants. I had to return one for my dad. If the internet signal is weak or down, no TV. Picture quality isn't great either. Sound is ok. If you incorporated a PVR so you can record, it would be better.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we have lost our sky channels apart from one channel since yesterday. Says we have no satellite signal. Tried to reboot but this has not helped.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you - but my whole point is why am I having to chase sky? I appreciate this maybe a BT resourcing issue but I’m a sky customer, i pay you every month not BT so you should be getting this sorted on my behalf and keeping me updated - that is not happening

    @SkyHelpTeam No thankyou heather ive been here before i feel do let down by sky i now have a tv thats rubbish for tge next 4 years cause you wont take it back and ive already informed one of your colleagues everytime i see one of your adverts on social media i will warn people how crap sky is

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried the online broadband help and it keeps saying my broadband speed is fine but I can't get online at all. I've tried all the steps suggested. Please can someone contact me. Think we need an engineer.
