@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Q needs to record from their own boxes. Sick to death of idiots pressing record buttons when they are not meant to and it all comes up on the main box. Sky Q is AWFUL. Sky HD was far more superior. Still no remind button either SODDING HORRIBLE SKY Q
