    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate the reply. But the "outage" seems to be limited to just our house as none of the neighbours are seeing any issues. I'll wait another 24 hrs without internet and then it's back on the phone to be told yet another excuse I'm sure.

    @SkyHelpTeam So what happens if a phone is connected to the phone line where a customer has Talk VoIP? You are still charging for line rental, so calls should still be able to be made through the phone line, right?

    @barnett_steve @SkyHelpTeam I am having exactly this problem only every few minutes, then cuts off Q mini boxes, rinse and repeat. @skyhelpteam why does your website take me through help and at end say engineers only being sent out to Sky Q customers? With a main Q box and 3 mini Q boxes, what am I then?
