@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam so its cut out 4 times again today - I cannot describe how upset i am by this service. I can't do this connection steps as i can only connect via my phones wifi -0 going to have to leave as there is no other option now. ridiculous

@SkyUK I have had a problem with my landline- I have Sky Line rental. Can I get to talk to someone? No. It’s been over a month and the automated service keeps checking the external line and says there is no problem. Not happy with Sky at the moment. I NEED TO SOEAK RO SOMEONE
