    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @PoorJonathon @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jonathon. Problem is, I only went through that process with them around the beginning of the year and really had to fight with them to do anything. Was sort of happy with what I squeezed out of them and now they are doing this! ‘Platinum VIP’ as well 🙄

    Are you serious @SkyHelpTeam report a problem and can’t get an engineer until Thursday. Final straw. When the contract is up we are off to @virginmedia unless you up your game. We have sports channels the lot & your customer service is shocking.

    @Peteonley1208 @SkyHelpTeam Also depends who else is using the internet if you have multiple devices using it it will be so slow, if you don’t then you should be ok. Although if your wifi goes down you’re buggered

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky isn’t a cheap thing we plough so much money into your company as do all the families connected to sky. I understand with covid and what’s going on it’s hard. But every time we ask for help we just get a sorry we can’t do anything. Maybe a change would be better

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle no nothing has changed was working last night till about 23:30 not used this morning until lunch time and it was showing the No Satelite signal … have switched on and off several times and also took out and reinserted all wires
