@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

Not to be rude or anything... but @SkySportsGolf @SkySports why do I have to suffer adverts for disfunctioning tools on every ad break? I'm sat here with my 9 and 12 year old boys! I know traditionally golf is an old man's game but come on, people under 90 are also watching!

@SkyHelpTeam Surely that's a job you can do ? We have taken days off for engineers, phone calls , the ball is on your court now , I am willing to do no more now , the service provided is inadequate and a bloody lot of money . All I ask is what we pay for and that is not the case ..

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the swift response but it's not much help. Can you not prioritise a customer where same problem returns within a couple of weeks? Service will have been interrupted for more than a month in total by the time we get 2nd planned visit on 23 April.
