@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpIreland I’ve been on to Samsung and no new updates received - they’ve referred me back to you as a Sky Q box update issue. Your help appreciated. When we turn off TV we get a flash of Sky TV and sound - as if it’s masked.
