@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@Mattw1nston @sky @SkyHelpTeam we had a similar case once. Write an email to the chairman...his Exe Secr will take up the case...for us it took them 2 months to do nothing, once we sent the email to the top boss, the issue was resolved in 2 days. Worth a try!

@SkyHelpTeam Test is saying that there is issues it's all over the internet should get in contact with your own tech team as they said that there is a massive outage with sky and will get call within 72hr bit doesn't really help as I need the internet for work and children need it for school

Been a @SkyHelpTeam customer for 11 yrs paying £120 a month! Asked to pause for six months but this wasn’t possible so had to return equipment which @sky said they never received. Threatened with debt agency & made to pay £235 despite wanting to rejoin in Sept. Shocking service

As usual @SkyUK past from pillar to post, wifi drops in and out, wifi not reaching to all the rooms 2 hours on the phone and guess what...they cant find a fault but if I pay £3 a month they can fix it, what a load or crap!!! #sky #skybroadband
