@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

Prepare to lose a customer @skytv. My bill keeps creeping up, and every time I query it, I get a brief discount - then it soars again. Currently £98 a month - without Sky Sports, Sky Cinema or any extras. Now I see it's going to rise to £108. You're kidding! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I done all this and now it’s just saying there’s a problem with your satellite signal. The main sky q box downstairs is getting tv but the menus have been acting slow and stay stuck in please wait loading when u try and access my recordings

@AlexMiller91 Skysports presenters praised the officials last night despite the replays CLEARLY showing he got it wrong, some truly mind blowing comments followed the game when reviewing that incident. Suppose it was to fit in with the pro-Plymouth narrative that they wanted.
