@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam I call sky who told me I need to turn my phone on and off. I explained I don't think the issue is to do with my phone but to do with Sky. He told me to just turn my phone on and off again. Did this and still doesn't work. Pt2

@BrettMannion @SkyHelpTeam Yeah 6 days ago a lot of us all across the UK had no signal what so ever for a good few hours just emergency calls only. Can see from tweets from Sky they're working on it so no point phoning them. Glass I remembered to check here thought I was crazy
