@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

Love how my internet decides to just click clack🔫 itself. Check the @SkyHelpTeam sevice status page, it says there's known issues in my area, but I can't get help cause it's 1 am and nothing the website says will help me get my internet working. Can't wait to be back stateside

@leeinengland @SkyUK It's literally available to every customer. It isn't a loyalty program. It's actually a bit fradulant considering they can only apply certain deals to customers who have consented to that even though it isn't an actual loyalty program and requires no signature...

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve got Sky Q and can’t download skyon demand other ondemand services are ok. I’m on Bt fibre & only had this issue recently. I’ve tried all online suggestions which now mean I’ve lost all recordings and series links. It appears I’m not the only one with the issue
