@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I've had an issue for 5 months regarding my sky vip access. I've rang, I've had my account reset, cinema taken off and put back on but still there has been no resolution. Can someone please support? Paying sky prices without getting sky rewards. Bad vibes. 😭

People think wirtz goes to lw and szobo starts will be shocked next Monday. As for the structure oop I agree and we'll try to fix it but slot explained clearly why on Skysports
