@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam The last few days it’s taken me over four hours to download one tv episode via demand when last week it took ten minutes at the most. I’ve checked my internet connection and it says everything is fine so why are my downloads suddenly so slow?

@Nin10dude64 @SkySports And yeah a lot of them were very borderline, and that's the issue. Why are ALL the borderline decisions going to the away team in a game? It's unusual to say the very least. So many little decisions went their way too. And its far from an isolated incident.

@Nin10dude64 @SkySports It's more against certain teams than for them, it's our reputation vs theirs that's the issue. And nah mate, been proven in data reviews we get far less incorrect decisions go for us than against us.
