@SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam just to let you know that ITV is the only channel I find that lets the glass TV down the wife was watching midsummer murders pressed fast forward to catch up through the adverts and it jumped back 30 mins and now can’t watch from start to fast fwd to catch up
