@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

Shocking service!! @SkyHelpTeam @skytv “Were closed (as you want to cancel)” I bet I could have called the new business team and been connected in 20seconds. Ffs!! I’ll just cancel my direct debit instead. Since they hate that. Must drive finance mad!!!

@SkyHelpTeam And as occurred last time I fought for 6 months to get a visit to change the box ( sky fobbed me off ) , box was faulty and still I have a service that is unreliable at best. I spend more time problem solving the multi room than watching it !!!
