@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam It seems to be ok at the moment. However yesterday and Thursday it was stable for the day and then the problems began from about 6pm on both days.

@SkyUK why when I call can I not speak to anyone. I have even raised a complaint and complaints email me and tell me to call and there is a 40 minute wait.

@SkyHelpTeam It looks like it’s the line coming into my house that has the issue. Last I heard was the were getting a hoist to connect a new cable and run it to my master socket

I've received 5 calls this morning from "Sky" telling me there's a problem with the internet in my area & it's prone to hackers 😑 One even argued with me when I asked them to name the account holder. Is there anything that can be done to stop these coming through @SkyHelpTeam ?
