@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

Just seen #refwatch on #skysports commenting on the “tackle” on De Bruyne saying correct decision to change to a yellow card, apart from being an overtly cynical attempt at a tackle when has a late over the knee and both feet off the ground not a red card now, bad example set

@OpenreachHelp How can I contact you about your staff lying? OR have missed 2 appointments so far. @SkyHelpTeam have told me the eChat notes show OR tried to call me 3 times. They did not. SMS works (from OR) - but no calls. Isn't an issue for my ISP to resolve - this is yours.
