@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, tried all of that before I messaged you. It has gone down at roughly 3pm and came back on at just after midnight the past 2 days. Nothing has changed in the house and it’s been working no problem since it was installed in December. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again today.

@SkyHelpTeam spent an hour on the phone to someone yesterday who couldn’t help so said I’d get a call back within an hour. Didn’t happen so I called again in the afternoon. After 30 more mins of explaining I was told I’d have a call back by the end of the day. Guess what??
