@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam So, downloads are still not working. I’ve managed to get one episode to download but now it’s stuck and no option to watch it! Other programmes just fail without even starting to download. Is there an update on this??

@SkyHelpTeam Problems with Sky Q box when recording or downloading. Replaced box today by engineer and now nothing downloads! And just upgraded package past few days. Frustrating and feels like a waste of time and money

@mwoodhead83 @SkyHelpTeam Mick , we were told by dky earlier that its a free service , even though we pay them well over £100 a month the chap on the phone maintains we dont pay a lot of money for the service at all , msybe @SkyHelpTeam can clarify ?
