@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@JacsStudio @DPDgroup_news @SkyUK They are the absolute worst! We are awaiting a collection/exchange. If it's just a delivery it gets lobbed over the gate or I get a photo of a random hedge to 'prove' a delivery attempt. I've stopped using them for my own business and avoid companies who do wherever possible.

@SkyUK, I've been having download issues for couple of weeks now, Rang on Sunday and got through to customer care, tried changing DNS number, still no luck, currently paying for a product that you're not offering!
