@SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

Really annoyed with sky - we were leaving and have turned off our broadband a day early. My hubby has got a full day of training hospital staff online with a full day training. All our movies that we've bought have gone 🤬 Would never touch them again @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@unpaidcarer1 @prispott @SkyUK Simply down to internet bandwidth availability. There are issues with some features, admittedly features which are a selling point of the TV, but software versions are being released to rectify this. It will take time though

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, the problem can't be resolved by these methods - only by the PAC team. I've called every day and nothing happens. Waited at home for calls which never happened. No-one is able to do anything. Extremely stressed. Please forward this to Sky CEO - LAST RESORT!
