@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@Poppie_mcfc @BlueWolf_09 @SkySports Running the line is the worst job in the world and even harder now with all the stupid rules. Hated doing it myself and I must have nearly inserted it a couple of hundred people over the years! I got banned from doing it in the end which suited me fine!

@SkyHelpTeam lost broadband and phone line yesterday. Asked for a phone divert to be set up - got told it can’t be done but appears we’re now being charged for it (found out via email). Can you help? Tried calling customer service but when we got through it disconnected.

@SkyHelpTeam OK, I'm still non the wiser what is going on Can't get anyone to speak too, your online help is no help Was told online that an engineer would be booked as your tests could not resolve the issue, heard nothing since, are they booked? When are they due? Who knows?
