@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

In November @SkyUK was charging me £44 a month, they have since increased my bill three times and are now charging me £70.40 for the exact same service, make it make sense

@SkyUK Why do your Sales People tell new customers that they will contact their old service providers like Virgin to end their contacts for them when its illegal? It has happened to me and other Virgin customers.
