@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky forced to pay additional 31 day notice period charges of €70 even not using their broadband service and I have already completed my contract period. Its totally unjustified and makes no sense.
