@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I don't Know how you dare raise the prices or expect us to pay more when yet again I'm sat here with no Internet and have had to book an engineer yet again to come and fix something I haven't even touched because 20+ times a day your connection drops this is Disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam The steps there cannot get to the bottom@of the problem! The issue isn’t in the house it’s external - there is an issue in the area (seems to be an Openreach issue as not just Sky affected in the area but it’s been down for quite some time). The service site doesn’t help either

@SkyHelpTeam can you give an idea how long broadband is likely to be down in DY5? Don’t want the normal “our engineers are working hard” reply, just a rough idea of time, eg 6pm, tomorrow, Monday etc. Got to make alternative arrangements for work if it’s going to be off for long
