@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyUK I don't quite understand why your sky go app is so poor, adverts play fine but then you get an error on the actual show you want to watch!!

@SkyHelpTeam Cancelled with you guys in September as I am now in Cyprus on deployment for 3 years turns out u didn’t cancel it an money was still being taken an then the DD was cancelled because of this! Someone needs to contact me urgently as I’m now looking at a bill 🤬
