@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks again for answering Ross. I think you missed my question about working over the weekend? Also, an automated response isn’t confirmation that the issue is being looked at. That’s just coded into the website. Is there a way to confirm if this is actually being looked at?

@SkyHelpTeam My app has never worked right but recently it locked me out & I cant get back into it. It keeps saying account not authorised then says let’s set you up. Which takes me back to a screen saying you are not authorised. I can’t see any of my account info..
