@SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkySports Aston Martin are making themselves look as butthurt as Red Bull over this. Not only does the rule state how much fuel should be left it states how it will be collected. Regardless of how much they think was left it couldn't be collected: rule broken, penalty applied.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. Thanks for the response. Yes I've spoken. Advised no record of me being a customer prior to 7 years ago. No compensation for having no broadband and that I wasn't called to be told this. Oh and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

@SkyHelpTeam as a long time customer can u explain how u can join sky Disney + on the Saturday and then be told your not subscribed even though I had email to say all was good and that my bill had gone up to reflect this after nearly an hour on hold I cancelled it
