@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@KevinP184 No problem, nothing to apologise for. Everyone’s entitled to an opinion particularly you in your role. Personally a) I don’t think Pep was being overly critical, probably some of his meaning was lost in translation, and b) @SkySports have enjoyed their “moment”

@SkyHelpTeam just so I understand. As I am a Sky Q customer. If I want multi room, all I need is a tv with a hdmi slot and you will provide a mini box to connect to the broadband and Sky Q. Does not need any other wires or antenna's? Is that correct. Just a yes or no please :-)
