@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam so broadband checker shows issues in my area but then go to service status which shows no issues? Which one is it? I’ve got no internet!

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve changed it so it doesn’t go into standby. I’d rather not do that though. Gotta be honest, sky q boxes are far more hassle than the old sky+ box. The search facility where you have to scroll down every letter etc is appalling

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been waiting for an engineer to fix my wifi for over 48 hours now. I have no data and have had to spend money to buy a BT wifi hot spot. This is becoming a joke now, I need someone sent out immediately.

@SkyUK what an absolute joke, my bill was due today and paid it through my sky box, then tried to phone customer service but couldn't talk to an actual person as it kept asking me to set up a direct debit when I didn't it just hung up on me 4 times before I finally got someone.
