    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam so broadband checker shows issues in my area but then go to service status which shows no issues? Which one is it? I’ve got no internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m moving home and would like to take all of my services to our new home but I’m finding it extremely difficult to get through on your phone line to speak to someone. If this cannot be done then I must stress I will have to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam - Please help was supposed to be joining the Sky family today, however my land line and home wifi cannot be connected and I have to wait 3 days before Openreach sens a report to fix the issue!! Sky, this is NOT a great start. PLEASE HELP, We CANNOT work without WiFi

    @SkySports its a sad state of affairs when the public resort to this level of intimidation for something to be done about poor refereeing. The league and referees should have done something about this to avoid the poor performance in the first place. no change to points or bans?

    Yo @BT @SkyHelpTeam it's been over two weeks since you told us you were waiting for parts to fix a fault in Acocks Green concerning wifi/phone lines. So are we making a complaint to Trading Standards or are you fixing the fault?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. But, I'm not waiting on hold or entering several customer numbers just to speak to someone whose fault all this isn't for them to have to give an excuse about improvements and offer some money off, I'm just going to switch to @bt_uk and give them a go.
