@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyUK Is there any way at all that we can boost the WiFi signal at home. Nightmare with 3 kids home schooling and myself days working from home. 3 laptops and an iPad and the signal keeps dropping so kids dropping out of conferences calls it’s a nightmare

@SkySports @lionsofficial @BrianODriscoll You felt in the build up to the tests the All Blacks were going to target him. It only took them less than 5mins to do it! The clear out was awful. The lack of sportsmanship was even worse. If Umaga was my captain I’d have been ashamed of him.
