    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam This isn't a solution and the explanation isn't acceptable. Regardless if the previous movie runs over time, the scheduled start time is there for a reason. Or are you suggesting every movie runs over and therefore every movie starts late?

    @ianqnn @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it automatically changed started working after a few days. Tried ringing Sky they blamed Sony and Sony blamed Sky. Your better off just waiting till they fix it

    Never known a company like @SkyHelpTeam. Got everything with them: broadband, mobile and @skytv for 18 years. No rewards for loyalty, and constantly increasing bills for what has been a lacklustre service for some time. Need to realise they’re working in a very crowded market
