    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so broadband checker shows issues in my area but then go to service status which shows no issues? Which one is it? I’ve got no internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

    I'm registered with the Mail Preference Service (MPS), and the likes of @bt_uk and @SkyUK STILL send me marketing material. I wouldn't mind, but I'm not a customer of either of these companies. I had to contact BT twice, and now I've got to contact Sky via phone to sort this out.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, I checked the battery compartment and all the paper has been removed, I've also tried using another set of new batteries and get the same issue. If it is possible to be sent a replacement remote that would be much appreciated as enjoy watching TV in the dark 😎

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, is there a broadband issue in Huddersfield (HD4) at the mo? WiFi down, service status says no probs in my area but when I check connection it says problem with account/outage in your area? Thanks!

    I’m so confused first the #DavisCup coverage was on @Eurosport_UK channel on @SkyUK then it was only available @discoveryplusUK but today’s matches are only on #EurosportPlayer which is another subscription service ! What’s going on ? #Eurosport

    @SkyUK total fail, everything went wrong for most of us with Sky Q . Total con. Engineer booked 8-1 no show. Time wasters.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t test it if its not working as per the image. I have no landline either! It has just stopped working. I don’t need an engineer I need a line test or if you are having issues in the BN14 area !

    @SkyHelpTeam I am writing a complaint letter and been in touch with Ombudsman, this is paramount to theft, harassment, appalling practice. Engineer said “ on my lunch didn’t know until@just now.
