@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. The page suggests everything is ok but it can’t find my hub and suggests I book an engineer. However, I have seen a few people in the area have the same issue so sounds like a bigger issue. Any records of it being a bigger issue from your side?

@JuliePratt27 @SkyHelpTeam The lack of knowledge/updates is actually disturbing from Sky. Even TalkTalk provide consistent updates when an outage occurs, and even have a localised tracker. I wouldn’t go with TalkTalk if my life depended on it, but at least they’re responsive to these issues.

@SkyHelpTeam so I’ve done the diagnostic and the signal box is weak. So I ring and cos I can’t remember the landline number I’ve not used in years you won’t process my call. So I try to complain and your automated line won’t respond to my mobile. I can’t even cancel the contract.

@SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to your team, however we are still being made to wait until the end of the week. We should be compensated for the loss of income I'm experiencing and the hassle that you guys have caused because of your inability to provide the service you promised me 2 weeks ago.
