@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Braodband has been disconnecting and reconnecting intermittently throughout the day, but has now completely gone. Rebooting, taking telephone wire out for 30 secs, etc. Not fixed the issue. (Nelson, Lancashire)

@SkyHelpTeam WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Automated voice on all customer service lines saying “our staff are in training”... hopefully that training is in CUSTOMER SERVICE as my internet is down, my business effected and there is NO support from you as I CAN’T SPEAK TO ANYONE
