@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s completely random I’m afraid. I’ve tried to find some sort of pattern but there is nothing. Initially I thought it could be an issue with the internal network but now we’ve changed the router and it’s still happening I’m starting to suspect it could be the main sky box?
