@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

Dear @SkyUK, I have rolled data from my 🐷 EVERYDAY and you guys keep taking it from there but still have 0 data. There is no way 2G last me 3 weeks and then on the 4th week I end up rolling 6g of my piggy... can you sort it out please it never updates properly.
