@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I have and no luck I've called and recorded message says there is a network problem in my area I no these things happen but it's the 3rd time in the last couple of months this has happened not very "minion proof"

@virginmedia The app and mobile for sky sports and virgin is fine, it's just logging in via the skysports website that's not working. Tried clearing cache, cookies, etc.

@SkyHelpTeam Still no broadband. Awaiting (1 of 6 types) engineer to fix the line. Was supposed to happen by midnight on 17th then no later than 25th then by midnight last night. Fobbed off and lied to seems to be the outcome.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi is there an update on when broadband will be up and running in CM2 area of Chelmsford? I spoke to someone this morning who said there was a network issue, just wondering when it might be resolved
