@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam how can you have ALL your people on training at one time? That’s no way to run a business. So I’m unable to speak to you at a time that’s convenient for me, the customer. Not even an option to leave my details for a call back.

@OpenreachHelp Tried @SkyUK Absolutely hopeless. All automated. Can only book new engineer appointments. How can I find out what's going on with repair to my supply? Not been given any case number. Only a voicemail from yesterday's engineer stating problem found. Please help.

@SkyUK Why restrict the no-dish solution to these own-brand smart TVs? I’d love to get rid of the satellite dish, but I’m not giving up my glorious LG OLED for one of these.

@SkyUK This is just about the most stupid idea I've ever seen from sky. Who in their right mind is going to throw away their home cinema screen and replace it with a generic unbranded TV from sky just to watch sky channels? You've got to wonder if these idiots came straight from uni.

@SkyUK WTF? Need a (bulky) sky TV set and also need a puck for multi screen? Why not just launch an app? Then every TV can access it, you open to millions of subscribers and cut down on waste. This is totally absurd. No way am I getting rid of my OLED TV for this POS!
