@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Well, spoke to a SKY advisor twice today who told me there was an outage in this area that youvwere aware of! He even called me back to confirm this, SKY tested the line etc. So yes SKY are aware, it also states online there's an outage. Not ammused we've been down all dsy

@GoonerHillsy 02 going up too. Companies just using Covid as an excuse, if anything more ppl have been at home and probably bought more sky packages, add ons like movies or sports, plus purchased films. 7% rise from @SkyUK is really bad IMO
