@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you can help but k want to complain about the way Sky Stream recorded F1 this morning, it didn’t do what I programmed & recorded from SportMainEvent not F1 channel meaning I’ve missed bits & the recording ends suddenly without warning
