@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@ronaljimho @SkyHelpTeam We cancelled every year because of this. Stand your ground and cancel. You’ll have to wait a couple of weeks but eventually they come crawling back and offer you the same deal.
