@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. Our internet has been so bad recently, I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve done the service checker and it’s showing everything is fine. Even watching YouTube or any streaming is impossible, and yes, that’s with only 1 person using it. What’s going on? Thanks
