@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam My sky is STILL not working after 3 weeks. Upgrade required to download. I pay full package!!! I have over 300 pound worth of sky store movies I can't watch. Who do I send an invoice to for £300 plus my monthly subs I am not receiving. ?
