@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam There is no outage in my area, it is only my service! What makes it even worse! It as been an very bad experience so far! Still no internet after paying 2 bills of £80 each! May go back to Virgin by the looks of it!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tired that as well multiple times and it doesn’t work. A relative of mine is an engineer for another provider and is wondering why you’ve given no definitive reason for this problem and no resolution. Some honesty is needed. Thank you
