@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my wifi router has been down for ages and very patchy recently the lights for power and wifi are on but the middle one for internet isn’t, could I get any help?

@SkyHelpTeam I recently moved and joined sky (I’m not the name on the account but help pay for it) and my internet is disgustingly slow and weak in one of the rooms that is used as an office! Not on really with the money we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam It seems it interferes with my broadband too. Can’t use the testing in the website without being on 4G which means it does not work. Please bring stronger internet and modernising your internet to fibre would help like the rest of the counties. (I live in Norfolk)

@Stephen050767 @SkyHelpTeam I'm in Hindley and mine has been off since about 10 thus morning. Rung SKY who said there is an outage in our area and BT Openreach are trying to sort it. 9 hours later still nothing.
