    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

Pep is a World class manager that is not an issue he has been awesome wherever he has gone all I said was (it will never happen) it would be good to see what he could do without what he has had elsewhere!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks I’ve done that a few times and line in looks fine its wifi connection the issue drops for 30 -60 seconds and comes back probably 10-15 a day

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried that and I’m just going round in circles . It just says information not updated yet . But in the mean time I’ve paid for a service up front that I don’t even know when will be connected.
