    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    Our @SkyUK Broadband has gone down again... Almost a daily occurrence at the moment 😢 Not great with Wife and Kids trying to work from home 😓😓

    @BTNStu @virginmedia Virgin and @SkyUK never care about customer loyalty. Its all about new customers in the door and hope they don't leave at the end of the contract.
