    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

    @SkyHelpTeam neither Netflix or Disney plus working. Each time we try them we just get ‘sorry there’s a problem ‘ and can’t watch anything. Are there any known issues? Thanks

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q is an awful, flakey system that seldom works. 2 × 2tb boxes now and likely a 3rd on Monday now. All because they just don't like @virginmedia Hubs (mine is a Hub 4). And Sky want to put my bill up by £ 9 a month! Yeah...I think not.

    @SkyUK I thought that moving from analogue to digital was to stop sky from going down in bad weather all those years ago and yet again I've lost sky due to weather problems which digital was meant to stop happening. Are you going to issue a refund due to the loss of service

    @SkyUK I hope for you that your old customers will get this offer instead to email them that you will increase the price ( 5£ ) otherwise I will take off even the cables from my wall and cancel my contract. Think smart sky.
