@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your Reply Nicole, after conversation with your help team on the phone, they have said the same as yourself. Something that isn't really stated when you sell the package unfortunately. As avid watchers of 'live' football, a 40 second delay is far too long IMO...

Yes there will be whining and complaints if was to go when bad decisions are made but think people would take that for having back game without interruptions and goals ruined by nitpicking over the whole build up
