    @SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

    @SkyHelpTeam so broadband checker shows issues in my area but then go to service status which shows no issues? Which one is it? I’ve got no internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Strange, an engineer that attended a few weeks ago had a memorandum telling him the picture quality issue was an ongoing problem & they are not supposed to swap out Q boxes. Also, why can't I choose a cost tier for @paramountplus through Sky that means I don't have to see ads

    @SkyHelpTeam Just received an email saying that my subscription will be increasing by £3. No reason given for this? What is the reason? And if I’m not happy about it can I cancel?

    @SkyHelpTeam Terrible service from sky mobile. My Mam has been without her phone since 29th May and issue still not resolved. Called 4 times now and still no answers. Totally unacceptable.
