@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Have spent over 7 hours over the past 2 weeks on the phone to Sky trying to get my broadband reinstated after you told me the only way to fix my speed of 0.87 was to cancel the contract and set up a new one. Today's count is 59 minutes so far. Why is this so hard 😩

@SkyHelpTeam I have, an engineer came to sort out the problem, it worked for a day then it stopped working again. An engineer is coming 2day but the Internet is working now but it could go anytime, its like a ticking time bomb and that's without mentioning that the Xmas period was a disaster
