@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @Stranger_Things After 6 years I’m leaving sky, Could you explain how from speaking to a customer agent about renewing my contract, and being put through to the retention team the price quoted went up by £10 a month.. I know your wait times are long.. but surely

Oh it’s just another @SkyUK fail. iPlayer app works perfectly on LG… can’t wait to claw back my £50 a month from Sky when my contract ends in 3 months!!!

@askparamount @SkyHelpTeam having just spent an hour trying to set up paramount plus I’m finally in although I now have just a black screen with a spinning icon with whatever I choose to watch, as reported by others- please help

@SkyUK But when the broadband goes down you have no tv, need to put in my WiFi password every time it disconnects from the tele on that stupid scroll bar instead of a normal keyboard layout that needs to change

Just upgraded to @SkyUK super fast broadband and now I can only get broadband in about 50% of the rooms. Has anyone else had this problem?
