    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried to help you correct your over billing error from April by calling you (and holding) when your promised call backs never came. So, after 22 years I’m cancelling everything. The only person trying to fix things is the person paying for the service. Ridiculous!

    @SkyHelpTeam It did say usually a couple of hours but wasn't sure just how long it had already been down for. I've since found out a lot of other broadband providers in area are also down. Will just keep checking. Thank you for reply though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Received an email late last night to say courier bringing it today. Appreciate your help but surely this could have been how it was handled from day 1. No (failed) call backs etc just “will email you as soon as your new box is on its way.” Stressful for all!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a mobile number linked the account it would have nice for a text message to be sent if there was going to be a loss of service. It would have saved me time trying to go online attempting a fix yesterday.
