After the "Hello" - Your box will be a couple of minutes etc screen... red light stays on and blue Q pulses... indefinitely... never comes on?! Dead Box?!

It may have something to do with the silly money they pay the Premier League and the realisation it is destroying clubs lower down the pyramid
