    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I want to downgrade or cancel my sky package but fail to get past the password or ‘mother’s maiden name’ security and end up in a circuit of same q&a. Also want to know why I’ve never been given the option to move from the Variety package to a cheaper one (since 2018?)

    @benswanton2009 @SkyUK I rang them 2 weeks ago automated system told me to use online. I rang back and told the automated system I wanted to cancel and I soon got put through to a human. Told the advisor I was thinking about cancelling due to proximity errors and she put me through to tech support

    @SkyUK any chance of providing internet with an ounce of stability? Also can’t believe I got conned into paying £5 for a wifi guarantee. The guarantee is 3mbps, didn’t realise your broadband was still dial up!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hey are you having any issues in Portsmouth area? My internet has completely died and I have tried running a diagnostic and re connected but nothing! I have an important work meeting at 12 I could scream 😭😭😭

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we have a new sky box as the last one we had was so slow, the new one we have is supposed to be 59 minimum!!!!! And it’s 20!!!!! Seriously sick of this **** company
