@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@JonnyR95 @SkyHelpTeam Be aware that the actual work on the line is by BT open reach. They are very poor when doing installation for non-bt customers. Sky have no control over their actions unfortunately.

@SkyHelpTeam I expect this to be resolved within 24 hours not a week later. Do let me know why an engineer hasn’t been out to fix this sorry mess of a service? You can also refund my grandparents in full as they are not paying for a service you’re failing to provide.
