    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    Wtf are @skysports showing us share prices? All that is wrong with football. If Man United get taken over by Qatar and Liverpool by Saudis then it is going to be tough to support these teams (imo)

    @SkyHelpTeam The worst internet service I've ever known. 2 Months in and you still can't provide 24 hours of continous wifi. You really are the dump when it comes to service. 2 "Engineers" and new Router and still totally clueless of how BT can provide years of service and you cant do 1 day.

    @MightyBrett @SkySports She was the “LFC TV” star beratting the city groundsman a few years back for having short / long / wet / dry grass in the same pitch to somehow help City not Liverpool 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 she can hardly speak English!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already looked at that Emma. My pint is that Sky HASN’T applied auto compensation. I had to call you again. And it is wrong. 8 days without service isn’t £15.

    4 days without the Internet as @SkyHelpTeam made an 'admin error'. Promised callbacks and engineers booked for it to all come to nothing and still no resolution. This is incredibly frustrating @CISASUK @financialombuds
