@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hey Michelle it’s like a broken record now don’t get me wrong, when I restart my phone the sky go works for a bit and when I delete the app and turn of my phone and reinstall the app it works, however I can’t keep doing this every time the app doesn’t works ? It’s ridiculous
