@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I was due to have sky tv installed today, only to be told by the engineer that he could not enter my house so would not be able to install. The website just tells me to rebook but why if you can not enter my house to install. Should I just cancel the order ?

@SkySports Yes that's true So what ? There is no bonus for playing with a thin squad so why calling it false position ? Of course United would be in deep trouble without Bruno/Rashford, but why talking like it will eventually happen ? Maybe United will be lucky all season with injuries...

@skyuk customer for at least 15 years, I decided to remove part of my package. Failed to achieve this on Sky website and 30 minute wait on the phone. Easy solution. If I don't hear from Sky by 6PM I will cancel my Direct Debit. Hopeless customer service! @SkyHelpTeam
