@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, all of a sudden, my fibre optic broadband is extremely poor - I assume it’s because I’ve got an old router (5 years old). How can I resolve this without having to spend hours waiting to speak with one of your call centres?

@coys100 I don't watch pre or post match on @SkySports as its all a load of crap but to have it during the game was atrocious. The Villa ********** of the first half and the fragility of the @SpursOfficial defence led them to have 0 shots for the first time in the league for years. Awful.

@Simmo198139 @SkySportsPL @SkySports Kane is getting a free pass hes a cheat the worst for diving in the prem. Salah he dives but also is regularly fouled and gets nothing. Kane Song Martial Raheem all of them dive, in recent games Sadio has been praised for not diving but didnt get a penalty refs are corrupt.

@SkySports How much more time does he want ?? I don’t have a problem when he criticises players etc although it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I just think he’s living on past glory and believes the same tactics of years ago will still work today and that’s a lot of the problem 💁🏼

@SkyHelpTeam I am not prepared to sit on hold like a muppet, finally connected to someone in CS team, to then be passed to another department. Then be promised a resolution and call back and then nothing happen. This has been an absolute disgrace. Please have someone contact me directly ASAP
