    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It just says 'Download failed' It certainly doesn't happen as often as it used to - virtually every time - but it's been happening for ages - an ongoing problem with you and BT apparently. And I'm fed up paying for something that doesn't work.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did kind of guess that you don't provide support for BT devices!! but what I did not expect was for your software update to cause my BT whole home to stop working. I have lost vital functionality now and Sky version costs £5 a month for Boost & the Buddy App! With BT it is free

    @SkyHelpTeam , broadband e1 london down all week, done line tests. sky service test wont load, says unavailable, whats going on with the fibre!!

    @SkyHelpTeam our TV and internets down. Done all the diagnostics that we've been instructed to do but still nothing. Is there a known fault covering WS2 area?

    @SkyHelpTeam The faults an outside fault according other people who've been tweeting you this morning, but you don't have any engineers on a weekend to fix it and could take 2-5 working days. Really helpful.
