@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkySports As always, it must boiled down to money. French Open is been paid millions by the media, and must forced players to speak to them whether they likes it or not to keep the money flowing. The players and fans were the pawns in these money games.

@SkyHelpTeam we've tried all that and an engineer is coming out on Thursday. The last time we called one out, he never showed up and we got neither am apology nor explanation from sky. That was absolutely infuriating, the fact that sky forgot and brushed us under the carpet.
