@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam No, found out from FB that BT has gone down in my area. 🤷🏻. All 4 LED’s look like they are on but that’s something to do with my iPhone camera probably lighting them up with the IR sensor.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, please re-read my complaint… I have completed the test and am being mistakingly told that everything is ok. Drops happen every half an hour or so and same for neighbours, judging by recent tweets this is an issue for others. How do I book an engineer on light of this?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - internet keeps dropping out, same issue for neighbours. Line test indicates that area and line is ok but can sure that this is NOT the case. No way to escalate via your online portal because of this. Please advise as there is no way to report this.
