    @SkyHelpTeam so broadband checker shows issues in my area but then go to service status which shows no issues? Which one is it? I’ve got no internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @5up3rDave @SkyUK Wi-Fi. But that's irrelevant really. I have two devices next to it and about 25 others that literally never ever lose connection. Its 100% either a hardware or software issue with sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam sky+ HD box has died. Non responsive. Done everything your site recommends. Not got the cover as the cost was excessive. Now have lost hundreds of recordings and need to know where I go from here. Been with you for 24 years would appreciate something back in help.
