@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam It was the same message, that it could be down to bad weather - which we haven’t had - that there was nothing an engineer could do and we were to hold tight. Not really good when I’ve spent over £10k during my time with you.

@SkyHelpTeam Yesterday he said if it didn’t work I’d need an engineer.they can’t come into my house currently so what am I supposed to do, because to be honest I’m going to have cancel it if I can’t watch what I’m paying for in the mean time!

Contacted Sky on Thursday to purchase a Sky TV package. Ran through everything with Kim in Durban who said she'd call me back at 3pm same day to conclude the package. Still waiting. Help or walk away @SkyHelpTeam ?
