@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah no that was literally zero help lol, I've sat and done everything I can on my end and nothing works, so it's definitely not my issue. I'm not the only one in my area who still doesn't have a connection, so seems like a problem on your end.

@Londons_first @SkySports That's the issue. Everton knew nothing of this until after city and the premier league come to the decision they then informed Everton 4 hours before kick off. Dodgy at the least.
