@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Well that’s not a lot of help when trying to find out the entire cost of your package should you choose to upgrade to glass that’s just utterly ridiculous!!! In my opinion end of the day all you need to know is how much it’s going to cost
