@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam oh my goodness! You people are brilliant! The box was the issue, stuck on standby (our sitter turned it off wrongly & I couldn't sort it) & your instructions worked - once I'd worked out where it was plugged in!!

@SkySports There is a common thread running here! Lingaard, Mata, Pogba, van de Beek and now Sancho! They can’t impress if they are never posted! It took Pogba months to get a run, Lingaard had to leave and is back to bring a sub, Van De Beek hadn’t had a run and neither has Sancho! #playme

@SkyHelpTeam Not showing any issues with the line but the sky router isn’t connecting wirelessly to the sky q box. Have unplugged and disconnected all the lines as per the guides and still no joy in getting a signal

@SkyHelpTeam No correspondence and I’ve been told to customer services for half an hour. My online billing says I’m paying for both phones for this month and next however as I’ve said, I’ve sent the old one back. Please can you sort this out?
