    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyUK Why are you putting a **** ton of adverts into your streaming box sets ? You’re literally using my internet to download adverts that I don’t want. A mate of mine just pirates everything, and I honestly don’t blame him.

    @SkyHelpTeam for the last year. My sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet. BT broadband is fine and over 100mbps. I've restarted my settings and both the router and sky box, works for maybe 2 hours then goes wrong again. Don't send me to your help guide.

    @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp 4 weeks very slow internet & today no internet at all. #Sutton area impacted a lot of customers w/o internet/phone. Sky engineer visited, confirmed problem on Openreach network and Openreach not giving info & any timeline. PLS RESOLVE ASAP.
