    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @sims_ij @SkyHelpTeam Major outage by Miami roundabout due to petrol being poured into the local exchange and set on fire last night. There have been 11 openreach vans working on it all day, but engineers have advised may take up to 5 days to fix as large amounts of underground cabling has been broke
