    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam So why am I able to rebook an engineer for Monday? This will result in the same outcome. My elderly Mother-in law with a Sky box doorstop for "x" number of weeks. I presume we have the right to cancel this "service" as it's not likely to start anytime soon?

    @SkyHelpTeam reported a fault with no internet in my home and told I have to wait up to 72 hours to be contacted by the “network team”. 72 hours! Surely you can do better than that.

    @SkyHelpTeam There isn't a problem with my broadband. I'm wokring from home and it works fine all day. It's the sky q box that keeps disconnecting

    @SkyUK wow charging people administration fees to be able to get discounts on their bills, especially during a pandemic is disgusting. Never had to before but all of a sudden now I do, not impressed!

    @SkyHelpTeam I just spoke to someone who wasn't any help, said the refund was processed on the 30th January and already been sent to my bank. She wasn't interested in anything else and I've rechecked my bank and the initial payment wasn't taken until the 3rd
