@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I’ve just called to cancel as I’ve made redundant from my job and I can no longer afford the luxury of sky. The agent on the phone advised that I cannot cancel as I’m still under contract. The website states 31 days notice. Can you clarify please ?

@Carra23 Disgrace that this is allowed and @SkySports are happy for it to be shared. We need neutral coverage of every game, or media who aren't afraid to talk about the real issue in the game with officiating bias, even when it's for their own team.

Someone has mistakenly put down my address when switching their broadband and now my provider @SkyHelpTeam (who have been very good) say there’s nothing they can do from stopping it because of the new one touch switch service. @Ofcom @WeAreOpenreach - how can this happen?
