@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I raised a compliant last week and was told by an advisor on Friday that somebody would be calling me Monday 5th regarding it. No phone call received yesterday - why? The customer service I’ve received from Sky has been absolutely appalling

@SkyHelpTeam 45 minutes wasted resetting TV, smart devices, computers and now my cctv is still not transmitting all thanks to your bl**dy useless equipment and the moron on customer support who proudly announced 'reboot your router, it won't affect any other devices!' Damnef liar!

@SkyHelpTeam And now having fixed the sky talk issue my sky Q box refuses to connect to WiFi despite rebooting and doing all the rubbish your online support says to do….. Absolute rubbish service!

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband isn't working hasnt been for months ongoing issues with the hub no one answers the phone I work from 10 till 6 have a hearing disability and pay too much as it is and the broadband doesn't work

@SkyHelpTeam Your website isn't recognising an outage in the WN6 postal district. Many Sky customers are having to call you in long call queues to book an engineer. Save lots of time by addressing the bigger issue instead of lots of little ones!

@SkyHelpTeam hi there,we moved house end of May & when your engr came to install tv/WiFi, he left us a signal booster. We’re in a 3 storey house but even with signal booster on middle floor, connection on top floor still really poor. Is there anything we can do to improve? 1/2
