    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyHelpTeam This hasn’t helped. There is no visit showing on our orders. We have a confirmation email that the visit was today. Your Customer Service Rep has just asked for my postcode and then cut me off.

    @milesSI @SkyHelpTeam Unplug the main sky tv box downstairs for five mins or wherever it is, the mini boxes are a problem, but it's the only way to fix it usually works.

    @SkyHelpTeam and before you say it. I've deleted and reinstalled it about 10 times. Turned off Internet the same amount. And followed every guide on your site. Pls fix
