@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I don't wish to cancel, just that I don't want to renew. 1) Will I have to Inform sky of this? Will my sky simply stop working after the contract end date? 2) do I have to return the equipment if not renewed?

@SkyHelpTeam Openreach fibre for East Horsley KT24. Email from parish council "Phase 1, can see Ultrafast broadband packages available online in a number of roads from at least Zen and BT and, only intermittently for some reason, from Sky. " KT24 5ES has this issue.

@SkyHelpTeam im having problems with my signal for certain channels mainly itv & showcase. live in a flat, contacted property management who sent an Engineer. I have good signal 80/90 engineer checked the communal & there were no problems so it looks like the issue is with my box
