@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has been down for hours now in Flintshire, north wales! Hundreds of people on Facebook having the same problem but your tech on the phone is trying to fob me off with waiting for an engineer till 23rd September. I’m not happy at all.

@DrBrad_ @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just spoken to a lady on the phone she tried to say it’s my WiFi hub and there was no problem in the area, I told her hundreds of my friends on Facebook are having the same problem she said it was just a coincidence 🤯

@SkyHelpTeam If you're looking to improve your broadband then switch providers. Sky broadband is down yet again. With no reason or acknowledgment on their social media pages. I'm not paying my bill this month because you've simply not earnt your money and have failed to provide a service.

@rng_solo_81 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Totally, unworkable if you are WFH. We thought Sky would be the most reputable, we pay them a fortune monthly for all the services we have with them. Tbf, been v. happy until the first issue on 1st September.
