@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyHelpTeam Help please. Have noticed recent weeks, picture breakup/pixelation on Fox HD only, on 2tb box. Fairly certain this isn't a reception issue. I've seen similar posts from other users, seems to be a software issue. Is this due to be rectified? Other channels seem fine.
