@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam Issue seems to be you’ve blocked IONOS. Any IONOS service accessed via Sky broadband not working. Fix that and issues resolved.

@SkyUK Sky Broadband doesn't seem to be working for secure connections. Anyone else having this issue try using a wired connection if you can instead of WiFi as that seems to work.
